Was my first time trying Kokuo. The massage was great and the ambiance is top-notch. The service wasn't the best, though. They didn't offer me any drinks even though it's said that a coffee/tea is free. When I'm done with my massage, I asked "am I supposed to get a free coffee/tea after massage?" and then the receptionist replied that I should've had my drink before the massage because the place was already closing. "iya Pak lain kali kalo ke sininya malem mending mesennya pas sebelum pijet biar sempet" in a blaming tone. No one told me that when I came the first time. Oh and the masseurs that massaged me didn't even respond to my thanks and just left in a hurry after the massage. He asked me to wait, but it was over five minutes and I just left. Service could've been better. All the best.
