I love the interior design and peaceful environment. The best relaxing massage in Jakarta where I come from London! I recommend the coffee and tea! The matcha was my favorite which I had this morning! Please come to this place if you want to enjoy the peaceful relaxation!

Service is good, been here a few times and massage is always good. Kokuo with best ambience so far too with easy access and parking. Staffs are so nice and hot drink after massage is delicious too. Price is fair for the service delivered. Overall great!

All good experience from head to toe! I guess for everyone that has been here this is the image that you can feel. Top off with a sip of warm matcha latte (or any else that suit your taste).

Kokuo Pondok Indah Ruko. Spacious inside and very well-spot location. Good service and a free drink after massage. However, parking spaces are very limited. If you use a driver just drop off outside or just use a taxi for transportation. If you must drive, they have a valet service.

Ambiance and massage were great. Receptionists were unfriendly and curt hence the 4* instead of 5. The place closes at 10pm and not 11pm, at least on a weekday.

I made a reservation via WhatsApp for 20.30 and perhaps I was the last customer so they had to wait for me, but I didn’t feel welcome at all. Had the same issue as another reviewer that the complimentary drink was no longer available when my massage ended at 10pm, but no one informed me in advance.

Masseuse and 90min oil massage were great though, masseuse seems well trained and professional. Need to know a bit of Indonesian to communicate with the masseuse. Overall good experience, just hope the feedback can be shared with the sour receptionists to be more friendly in future and to offer a drink in advance.

Was my first time trying Kokuo. The massage was great and the ambiance is top-notch. The service wasn't the best, though. They didn't offer me any drinks even though it's said that a coffee/tea is free. When I'm done with my massage, I asked "am I supposed to get a free coffee/tea after massage?" and then the receptionist replied that I should've had my drink before the massage because the place was already closing. "iya Pak lain kali kalo ke sininya malem mending mesennya pas sebelum pijet biar sempet" in a blaming tone. No one told me that when I came the first time. Oh and the masseurs that massaged me didn't even respond to my thanks and just left in a hurry after the massage. He asked me to wait, but it was over five minutes and I just left. Service could've been better. All the best.
