Everything about it is bad
Can’t believe you need to start with a line to take a simple paper to fill up (get your own pen) and after filling it up you need to get into another line where females have a different line (which you can barely tell if thats a line or not) and males are in this very very long line that seems endless cause at the front of the line everyone else is jumping in
Don’t forget that the place smells so bad! It smells like cigarettes and very old disgusting coffee

I swear I couldn’t wait to leave this place, the moment I stepped out it was such a relief
Now lets talk about the fact that renewing your passport will take FOREVER! Months of waiting unknowingly when it would finish
It’s 2023 they really need to step their game up and improve, at least an online clear form with the requirements and steps!
