I can not begin to say how stressful the apartment search process is. For myself, at first, I was searching all over and trying to see as many places as possible but nothing ever truly interested me. I came across an apartment for which Daniel was showing, but it did not work out for me. However, Daniel stayed in touch, thought of me and reached back out as soon as he got a listing of new apartments in the area I was interested that hit the market. Within legit 5 minutes of him receiving the list he called me. He called me immediately and wasted no time given how fast studio apartment go. Given how fast he was and how quickly he made it happen I was able to secure a perfect apartment for an AMAZING deal. Daniel was truly unbelievable throughout this entire process. He really made everything so smooth and unlike some of the other brokers I have come across through the apartment search he was completely honest with me and did not play any games. He worked around the clock and was responsive to all my communication. He was an absolute workhorse and just got it done. For anyone looking to rent in NYC, I would for sure recommend Daniel. He has your best interest in his mind and wants too see you happy unlike other brokers in NYC.
