I had reached out to Scott Bennett about an apartment. As soon as he seent I was black with a cityfheps voucher, he immediately stop all communication. Shame on these bigots.

I had a great experience working with Greg Hudson. He helped me secure my new home on the UWS. He was an advocate for me throughout the process, making sure I had all the information needed to make a rental decision and making sure that my application would get accepted. Greg is equal parts friendly, efficient and smart-business.

For example, the unit did not have a washer/dryer, so Greg worked with the owner to ensure that one could be installed. He then made sure the lease reflected our discussions, and I now have an in-unit washer/dryer! I'm grateful to Greg for making this stressful process much less stressful, and for helping me find my home. I will absolutely turn to Greg in the future for help with any of my NYC housing needs.

I can not begin to say how stressful the apartment search process is. For myself, at first, I was searching all over and trying to see as many places as possible but nothing ever truly interested me. I came across an apartment for which Daniel was showing, but it did not work out for me. However, Daniel stayed in touch, thought of me and reached back out as soon as he got a listing of new apartments in the area I was interested that hit the market. Within legit 5 minutes of him receiving the list he called me. He called me immediately and wasted no time given how fast studio apartment go. Given how fast he was and how quickly he made it happen I was able to secure a perfect apartment for an AMAZING deal. Daniel was truly unbelievable throughout this entire process. He really made everything so smooth and unlike some of the other brokers I have come across through the apartment search he was completely honest with me and did not play any games. He worked around the clock and was responsive to all my communication. He was an absolute workhorse and just got it done. For anyone looking to rent in NYC, I would for sure recommend Daniel. He has your best interest in his mind and wants too see you happy unlike other brokers in NYC.
