The facilities are well laid out, and taken care of. The staff is dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable. It's a drive, but better for the critters that way, and worth it. The animals all have well designed spacious enclosures, as well as the signage is great. With all of them having covered viewing sheds, including the explanation for how each respective critter found itself there. They are all extremely well taken care of, and have continuously enrichment environments and enclosures. The facility is doing a great job, and good work. Take the drive to visit, it's worth it. Go early, check out the feedings for the bears at 10:30, and 11. As well as cooler mornings and the animals are more active.
