The St. Paul’s Cathedral is a masterpiece work of architecture right in the heart of downtown off Kellogg and Summit Avenue. If this same church was in Europe, it’ll be quite crowded. The sculptures, the stained glass windows, the ornate rotunda, the pulpit, the pipe organ and the line up of saints in the shrine gallery just leaves one with awe and adoration of the beauty of it all. It’s free to go in, so peaceful and you can walk the grounds. A must see when in St. Paul.
David Lam Park

I visited David Lam Park on a Vancouver visit staying on Drake Street. This serene green space is known for the Cherry Blossoms and the Circle of the Moon. Off False Creek, with a stunning view of beautiful buildings, you can have a picnic, do yoga, bike or walk. I love this park and it’s worth a visit if you’re around.
Savannah Belles Ferry

Beautiful experience off River Street on Savannah River. This is a free ferry service with just 3 stops - the waving girl landing, the city hall landing and the Westin/convention center landing. Takes about 5 minutes at each location unless the ferry has to wait for a huge container ship to pass. You can watch huge ships come and go, while waiting. Add it to your list of must do’s while in Savannah. Worth tipping for this cool ride!
