Rob gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I have scoliosis and have struggled to find a masseuse who knows how to massage me in a way that is not painful - or just someone who knows how to work with curvatures in the spine. Rob was exceptional, very professional and used some techniques that were so helpful and releasing but never painful. A rare find - thank you Rob !

Shelby saved my face. At another clinic, I got botched with cheek filler I did not need, and was told it would dissolve over time. It did not (and does not, which I know now). Shelby helped me start dissolving all of my filler, and worked with me to find other alternatives to fix my initial concerns. She became my go to person for all things face. I moved to Vancouver and I will literally still come back to Toronto to see her anytime I’m home, because I trust her and I know what good work she does.
My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. I’ve been to about 3 “prestigious clinics” in Toronto and they do not even compare. She is the only person I’ve encountered who is truly honest and knowledgeable about medical aesthetics. I cannot recommend her enough. Trusting educated, talented, honest, and kind people like Shelby with your face is really the only way to go. Skinfidelity, you’re the best!
