I came in with pain in my Achilles Tendon. Robin quickly identified that it was due to some tension in my calf muscle. He found the knot causing the pain, relieved it, and I am 100% better! An amazing massage from start to finish!

Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable and created a calming, relaxing atmosphere. I was struggling with back pain coming in and walked out feeling loose and pain free. Highly recommend!

Rob gave me one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I have scoliosis and have struggled to find a masseuse who knows how to massage me in a way that is not painful - or just someone who knows how to work with curvatures in the spine. I was really impressed with Rob’s knowledge about my achilles heel injury and his use of time during my one hour massage session. He listened carefully to what i had to say and then expedited the appropriate massage treatment to help start repairing my injury. At the end of my massage he followed up with informative advice and self help homework to be done until our next meeting. I was very pleased with our first session and will definitely be booking a followup with him.
