Very poor customer service. We regret spending over $4k here for our build. At the time of placing the order we were not told about the 30% cancellation policy on cancellation. Be very careful when ordering or placing anything on lay by in this store. The store only offers exchange & not a full refund. Also they don’t return calls about queries - they said would call back about the cancellation policy and after we hadn’t heard from them for 2 days we presented to the shop. We regret spending our money here - and in future will never shop at a shop that has only an exchange policy rather than full refund.
