This review is of the company and not my swimming instructor. The instructor was very good. Through ill health, I required to cancel two future lessons, prepaid. I asked for a refund and was told, this is not possible. I could gift them to someone else or reschedule, I stated that this would not be possible. My condition is progressive, so my health will not improve. What is the probability that you know someone else wanting swimming lessons? I stated that they were leaving me with no option but to lose, roughly £160. Post the company’s review response, I understand and accept Katalina’s response.
