Everything was going well until I fell seriously sick a day before my lesson. Katalina texted that due to notice period (i gave 24hrs notice) she cannot reschedule it. Basically no refund or rescheduling if you are sick! But the instructor can cancel on the day and reschedule. Dissapointed at such double standards. I originally booked Brindley Place for my package, when the venue was changed due to landlord costs I was understanding and moved with them to another venue I didn't like (old and run down Morris Centre pool- needs refurbishment) and even though it wasnt convenient (further away from my house). Then my lessons got moved to another instructor and I understood. The series of changes that has occurred since I booked and my flexibility coupled with unforseen sickness was enough to reschedule the session. Disappointed that it ended like this after I had referred a few people to them last year. however, they need to not treat someone else this way and i didnt get a response to my query regarding this, hence this review.

Also the poor communication throughout needs to be improved. Get an admin person to help if you are overwhelmed rather than appearing to ignore people.

Bizarre to get notification to leave a review. I paid for 6 sessions and only 5 was completed. What sort of review would you leave if it was you, based on this experience?

I never get responses to that email anyway. Katalina communicates with me via text message, that is the only functional medium. I texted her 15.16pm on a Friday, my session was the next day being Saturday. I received an email from your organisation to leave a Google review on Sunday. Do you think I really have time for a vexatious review. It's either you are interested in feedback to improve your service or you are not, otherwise don't send people email to leave a review.
