Visited this store yesterday, was shocked that the greeting woman did not speak English and could not understand a basic question like “ where are the extension cords”, she asked me 3 times what I wanted and had no idea what I was asking for when i replied…..I would think that speaking the language of the country you live in to be a standard requirement of employment. Get your act together Wesfarmers and lift your standards before customers rebel.
