TAYA and MICHELLE too busy chatting to serve customers, it seemed a bit like an imposition on their time when they did

The new management at this store is horribly rude to their staff!! I was informed through one of the younger works of their new managment as of recently, through a new girl Mel. I was purchasing bread, whilst I overheard Mel screaming at the top of her lungs at this young poor girl to ‘go next door and take off her nails right now’ and she should ‘know better’ and then proceeded to send her home!!!! Treating your staff with respect should be your number one priority, Sorry Mel!!!

This Bakers Delight has the worst Customer Service. They either all need sacking or retrained.
Go in to buy a loaf of Bread & mention to the young man serving these pre sliced loaves cannot possibly be Toast slice they are so thin. His response was well they are toast slice so you either buy them or go without.
So decided to go with out & will never return to the store again & I went to Laurimar much better service & much better Bread & Rolls

Sack the lot ! 6.55pm I’m asking don’t you usually have signage on what your selling ? Ms miserable goes usually yes but we are closed, so I go what time you closed & she goes 7.30 ! Hello it’s the end of the day and people are still buying so unless you don’t want to serve then go back to school.

i was served by a women named Natalie she didn't show much enthusiasm and seemed not happy to be working. Maybe try doing some positive customer service training so things like this don't happen. The prices are higher then the other bakers delights in the area.

Can't justify to shop at this store as all junior staff yet prices over 30%higher than bakers delight plenty valley if that is not price gouging then what is. We complain about supermarket over pricing well it's about time you justify why you are too expensive
