If you ever get a bill from here I would highly recommend questioning it. Finally received my bill statement 10 months after receiving “care” here, which had me paying in full, with no coverage from insurance. When I called, the insurance information they had on file was not correct. I could understand mistyping a number or two, but the WHOLE group and member ID was wrong. Not something you should be messing up. Completely unprofessional.
Came the opening weekend. Service staff was absolutely wonderful but overall service was SLOW. We did have a large group so we expected to wait quite a while, but took us 50 minutes to get 2 glasses of wine and a platter of bread. Rest of the drinks came almost 90 minutes after being seated. Once the food finally arrived it was delicious. Totally understand being understaffed, but disappointing experience for the price of the place.
