They don't take responsibility for their mistakes or fix them without charging more. Sold me the wrong tires and made me pay extra for new ones. They wouldn't fix my bike or even look at it to see if it was a quick fix (which was under warranty) before an important event so I had to take it elsewhere and pay $100. They also complained about me test riding an expensive bike to begin with and didn't let me know it didn't come with pedals. Horrible experience all around and wouldn't go with them again or recommend them anywhere.
