Giant Langley

They don't take responsibility for their mistakes or fix them without charging more. Sold me the wrong tires and made me pay extra for new ones. They wouldn't fix my bike or even look at it to see if it was a quick fix (which was under warranty) before an important event so I had to take it elsewhere and pay $100. They also complained about me test riding an expensive bike to begin with and didn't let me know it didn't come with pedals. Horrible experience all around and wouldn't go with them again or recommend them anywhere.

Went to get tubes for my bike and they were incredibly helpful. Accidentally left my wallet and Jeremy brought it directly to my home. Amazing customer service and all out kind employees. Would 100% recommend taking your business there. Thank you again Jeremy for your help.

Bought my bike from the Langley location and I can confirm that it was a fantastic experience! The entire team there is very knowledgeable and friendly. Jeremy took his time to educate me on the types of bikes and helped me choose the right one that fit my needs.

You also get 2 years of free maintenance with the purchase of bike which other competitors were offering only one year.

Recently purchased a LIV Intrigue E, in the Langley store. Bambi was helping me out. I am 5.2 and the Giant Trance E in small is still too large for myself, but the Intrigue is basically the same bike with a smaller frame and the same 29" tires. They had a medium Intrigue in stock on sale but also slightly too big. But Bambi sourced a small from the warehouse for the same price. Picked up the bike a week later.
I returned two weeks after purchase to pick up some lights and when I arrived Bambi greeted me by my first name. Great customer service, and product.

I'm an avid cyclist and finally decided to pull the trigger on a cargo E-bike for some family fun. After doing some research I wanted to check out the offering from Momentum (Giant). Chris and his team were super helpful, friendly and low pressure; everything you could ask for from a bike shop. I'm now a proud and extremely satisfied owner of the Pakyak E+ and its a ton of fun! I will definitely be going back to Giant Langley for any future bike related needs, wants and desires : )
