I went here with my mother for Mother's Day on the 9th of August 2023, the food was horrible. The sausage that they serve is bland, has no flavour in it as all and yet it costs R30 as an additional side. I have to admit the coffee was decent, I was not happy with the overall experience. I wrote a complaint to the store via email requesting a refund as that is what I am entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 but nobody has gotten back to me. It is clear that this francise does not care about their customers, I will never go back to Knead again. I would not recommend this place, it is a bakery but does not even have bagels. If the service was worse I would have raised this with the National Consumer Commission.
