I really enjoyed this stadium. Concourse wide enough, views great. One bathroom for each gender and one concession stand. Close to other sporting facilities. Neat to have Beaver Stadium as a backdrop. Decent crowd tried to stay into the game despite a 8-1 loss. Only concern is that I purchased my ticket 20 minutes before opening pitch and was told standing room only yet seats were available. They told me I could find an open seat through.
Nice little farm area in the middle of campus. Saw pigs, sheep, cows, and horses. Saw people horseback riding but don't know it was students or guests. It's free to enter and won't take more than 30 to 45 minutes.
River Walk

I enjoyed this walk by the river. The area had excellent views of the Wilmington skyline as well as the grassy arena across the area. It's very commercialized, with restaurants, a children's museum, golf course, and farmers market. Unfortunately I visited on a Tuesday in March and most things appeared closed. Parking is scattered throughout the area so check a map. My only complaint is the bathrooms were closed. Thankfully the market had theirs open.
Palmer Square

Nice little square. Love the architecture. Nicely decorated during the holiday season complete, with a giant tree. The only shop I went into was Thomas Sweet Chocolate. The chocolate was pretty good but a little expensive. The small holiday display in the window of the shop is worth checking out.
XFINITY Center

A nice arena. The views of the game were fantastic. The place it's easy to navigate. I liked the photos in the lobby honoring the notable alumni and coaches as well as a piece of court from the Cole Field House. However parking is a nightmare. Most of the parking is for members of the Terrapin Club or season ticket holders. Many other lots require a parking pass purchased in advance. I purchased the ticket less than an hour before tip off and parking passes were sold out, yet the arena was maybe 30% full. Wonder what would happen if the arena sold out? I ended up in a free lot behind Maryland Stadium, a good 20 minute walk after dark on an unfamiliar campus (thank you Google Maps) The website wouldn't download the ticket and I spent part of the game at fan service getting it uploaded (slide me a paper ticket please) Even as a Penn State fan I could easily give this place 5 stars if the parking was better. However until then 3 stars at best.
