I have a recording of someone in that office claiming to be a sheriff and then not giving their name and badge number and then saying and threatening me by saying come down to the office and find out

The most corrupt place in the New York city area, after two years of trying to have my rent adjusted being ignored and now they are forcing me out of my home. Thanks to a mr. Ramos a very rude individual who did not even bother to explain or help my situation even though his department and individual coworkers are the ones that messed up. This place needs to burn down to the ground with the rest of the New York City facilities that are not designed to help New Yorkers but instead destroy them. It is a waste of time going down there if you are in dire need of help there nothing more then mean and inconsiderate people

Complete waste of time. It's a free service to people that cannot afford a lawyer services and fees yet they do not cater to those who need help. If you do not have the right amount of financial funds they don't give a damn about you. I'm about to lose my home these are the people that are supposed to help and they can't answer the phone, I'm going to go down there on Monday and see if I could speak to anyone if it's any better. But it probably won't because this is New York City and gentrification is coming in and if you're not the right color or have the right amount of money you're moving out
