They do not make timely repairs. It took years to remove black mold and make repairs in the bathroom and entry door in the lobby Plus the rent costs 1800.00 for a tiny 2 bedroom appartment

This was very easy to find. Especially using their Google Map Search Bar

I have no good experience with this place not being informed of anything that's being done to fix a major concern about no heat or gas issue in our entire complex on the westside Amsterdam.

No one answers their phone and when they do you get redirected to a dead line been trying to contact for a literal week.

So far the staff are decently helpful. This is the main office (HQ) for all things NYCHA.
Im inclined to believe that they own this building. Their training staff is helpful, and they give you what you need to know as far as being part of the staff. Most tenant issues can be handled at the branch offices.
Security locked down; can only get in by appointment.
Unless you have business here, its best to admire from afar.

The freight operator is awesome shes very helpful.

The most corrupt place in the New York city area, after two years of trying to have my rent adjusted being ignored and now they are forcing me out of my home. Thanks to a mr. Ramos a very rude individual who did not even bother to explain or help my situation even though his department and individual coworkers are the ones that messed up. This place needs to burn down to the ground with the rest of the New York City facilities that are not designed to help New Yorkers but instead destroy them. It is a waste of time going down there if you are in dire need of help there nothing more then mean and inconsiderate people
