Pizzeria Badiali

A solid slice of pizza perfection. Definitely worth a try especially if you enjoy thinner crust pizza.

Crust is crunchy while maintaining its chewiness in the right ways. Great flavour - we tried 3 different types and all had distinct flavour profiles, and all were well executed.

Small interior, only seating available is outdoor via a patio. The line is usually long but does move fairly quickly. Fairly priced for the quality. Will be back!
NEO COFFEE BAR

Drinks were decent but on the pricey end. Interior is nicely decorated but seats and tables felt a little small, and this location has certain hours where laptops and tablets are not allowed.

They do not charge extra for alternative milk options, and it is very clearly listed out which is awesome.

Side Note: The washroom was very clean and private (although there is only one stall)!
Note: Debit is an extra $0.25 charge. Best to pay by cash.

Best Hong Kong milk tea in the city. Otherwise, food is OK, good spot for inexpensive Hong Kong cafe / Hong Kong breakfast type food.

Good spot if you want good HK milk tea or if you want a quick inexpensive breakfast.
J San Sushi Bar

My go-to sushi takeout spot in the city. Very fairly priced for the quality and portion. Everything was delicious and fresh every time we ordered. Also well packaged!

Giving a 4 star, as one of my recent visits a fishbone was found in the crispy salmon roll. Most likely a one-off but hoping the restaurant will be more careful going forward.

Flavourful, spicy (but not too spicy), and very generously portioned - their chicken biryani is an absolute must try as it comes with a piece of tandoori chicken and an egg. Overall, great inexpensive takeout at an affordable price point. Staff was friendly as well. Will be back!
