My recent experience with Etihad Airlines was incredibly disappointing. The abrupt cancellation of our flight without clear explanations was frustrating. What made matters worse was the lack of assistance and support provided to my family during this ordeal, and with no guidance from the airline's staff. ((We were informed by the supervisor that there will be a compensation, just write a feedback, and now, nope, we will give you nothing not even a sorry)) , but This experience highlighted a significant failure in communication and customer service. As a loyal customer, I had expected better from Etihad. Unfortunately, this incident has shattered my confidence in the airline, and I have decided that this will be my last time flying with Etihad.
