Never had an issue parking here. I usually park here to go to one of the restaurants or convenience locations in the area and most of them validate which drops the price of parking significantly! Plenty of spots available and the parks are not super tight. Close walking distance to the majority of the areas food, drinks, and entertainment.
I have been here a few times and have not run into issues regarding the customer service nor the products thankfully! The store itself has a wide range of grocery items from candy and snacks to ramen and flash frozen goods. There's frozen dumplings and bao buns but also a fresh market inside with live crustaceans and even eels. (I didn't purchase from over there but did notice it near the back) They have a large spice and seasoning selection, fresh produce, and grains. They are actually closer to me than H-Mart and as of now they have everything I needed to purchase, even bulk options. The prices here are really good and that's based on comparisons to other markets. (Asian marts and big box retailers) They even have quite a few options for the instant coffee mixes!
There is also free parking at the market which is awesome, although it is a bit tight. When I arrived I noticed a car going in reverse to get out (it clearly says one way), until I left and realized why that car had no choice but to reverse out. Someone had parked and not pulled all the way up, thus preventing anyone from being able to squeeze between the car and the wall. So I too had to go in reverse. If I'm not in a hurry I'll take the chance to park in the lot again, however if I need to be able to get in my car and go I'll probably opt to pay the like $3 to park on the street while I shop.
