The best poke I've honestly ever had. The options are endless, the portions are generous. Even ordering is made simple and they work fast. I got salmon poke with the beef bulgogi over a bed of greens and rice. I loved the unlimited options of toppings and ended up trying most. The creamy kimchi dressing was surprisingly the perfect kick to the bowl but I still neededbthe ponzu sauce on the side. I ate the whole thing and didn't feel heavy or bloated. And the healthy serving of avocado was only $1!!! The bowl was only $17, very reasonable for the quality and overall quantity. I am so impressed with this place and will definitely be coming back.
Came here for lunch with a group of 7 on a Thursday and was able to be seated immediately. I'm so surprised this place isn't more crowded because the food was amazing. While they offer some sushi rolls, I say skip them and go for the other meal items. We shared the fried chicken was tender and seasoned well, not super spicy which was appreciated. The salmon bowl was fresh and filling, but the main event was the eel. For $25 you get a platter of 5-6 pieces of eel over rice which was just melt in your mouth good, soup, salad, little sides and a broth you can pour over the eel and rice. It really was a steal and you will walk out full. The waiter came over at the end with some much needed complimentary hot green tea which was much appreciated and needed to help digest all the good food.
For the price, I do not think this place was worth it. It is convenient being right next to Bryant Park, but honestly I think there are better restaurant options in the area.
We ordered 2 glasses of wine, 2 apps, 3 entrees, a side of fries and shared one dessert and it came out to just under $100pp with tax and tip.
The fries calamari and lump crab apps were good, both were small portions. The fries were soggy and cold, almost as if they were made from a large batch. Definitely not fresh, not worth the $15. Waitor never asked how we wanted the salmon cooked and it came out way over cooked and dry. Had to send it back and asked for it medium rare but it came back medium well. The miso glaze for the salmon was more of a thin soup. However the branzino with the butternut squash risotto was delicious. It was my favorite dish of the night. The creme brulee was okay but disappointed some parts of the sugar was burnt and inedible (the part covered by the cookie).
Would not recommend if you're trying to chat and catch up with friends as is very loud. I also had to edit the pictures so they weren't so dark and purple.

An amazing meal for a reasonable price. Definitely get the short rib hummus plate, brussel sprouts and grilled octopus skewers. The short rib melts in your mouth and it comes with a soft warm pita. They may ask if you want to order a second pita and you should do it. The brussel sprouts were perfectly charred and had what tasted like a almond butter sauce at the bottom. It surprisingly complimented the sprouts well. The puree and sauces (a pesto and hot sauce) on the octopus really added to the flavor. Personally, I would have skipped the duck, it was prepared a little too tough for me but I did see the pork shank being served at another table and it fell off the bone completely. I would have considered that over the duck but honestly for 2 people the short ribs, brussel sprouts and octopus were enough.
The wait staff was attentive and we were sat quickly with no reservations on a Monday night. Did not have enough room for dessert but will be back to try!

Great food and drink options. You really can't go wrong with anything you order. I've even gone for brunch which was good. Definitely recommend their nachos and fresh chips for an app. I really like their fish tacos, Mac and cheese, and bison burger too. The beer selection is expensive and they have some unique seasonal options. In the nicer weather they open up the patio where you can sit outside. I've also been to trivia a couple times on Mondays which is so much fun especially if you bring a large group. They'll give out Cloverleaf gift cards for the winner. Would definitely recommend!
