red poke

BEWARE- the food here is great. But they have this cumbersome system of ordering using markers on plastic menus. I ordered a poke bowl and apparently the tuna and salmon poke comes drenched in hot sauce. It’s not just regular hot sauce, it’s actually the hottest sauce I had ever tasted. It burned my mouth and really couldn’t eat it. I would never have asked for it and by any measure the amount of hot sauce would be considered excessive. They’re usually pretty nice at the counter so I called the restaurant to let them know what happened and was told ‘there’s nothing we can do’ and that there are apparently some chili peppers on the plastic menu indicating the spice level. In short, this was all my fault and I was out of luck and my 25 dollar poke bowl landed in the trash. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place so I was disappointed to hear this. Good food, but unfortunately i have to give it a one for service because we all know how easy this would have been to fix and turn this one star review into a five.

The best poke I've honestly ever had. The options are endless, the portions are generous. Even ordering is made simple and they work fast. I got salmon poke with the beef bulgogi over a bed of greens and rice. I loved the unlimited options of toppings and ended up trying most. The creamy kimchi dressing was surprisingly the perfect kick to the bowl but I still neededbthe ponzu sauce on the side. I ate the whole thing and didn't feel heavy or bloated. And the healthy serving of avocado was only $1!!! The bowl was only $17, very reasonable for the quality and overall quantity. I am so impressed with this place and will definitely be coming back.

Such a fresh, and yummy spot! Portions are very generous and staff was very friendly. Plus, the space was super clean and modern.

Delicious, clean, healthy lunch spot with a setup like Chipotle or Bibimbop where you build your own bowl. The spicy scallion sauce is my favorite. The spot is also affordable and quick. So good!
