Toys R Us Garden Route Mall

I moved to George recently and love doing shopping at Toys r us but just had the worst experience at the garden route mall Toys r us! Staff needs to be trained properly and be abit more friendly. there was a big ladder standing in the isle, which you just cant get to the toys because of this big ladder , i asked one of the staff members to please just move it because its not very safe and she just gave me a look. i was not impressed at all

There was more baby products then there were toys, they didn’t have a big variety of toys for older kids but if you want legos they have a variety of those

Very unresponsive. Not good if you want to do business. I can't travel due to Covid. A simple yes or no would do.

No idea what happened to toys from years back. Nowdays just a load of overpriced overrated plastic rubbish. I've decided to buy my daughter a musical instrument for Christmas. Something to treasure not throw away tomorrow

The stuff was very friendly. They helped me look for everything i wanted with a smile. I left the shop very satisfied with the services

Nice shop pity that there always boxes and toys packed in the isle were a person must walk. Really uncomfortable Suggest that stock that needs to be packed be brought out of store room as it needs to be unpacked

Not impressed with the attitude of staff and their eagerness to assist. Furthermore cleaning staff really ought to have more courtesy to shopper’s. Stopping cleaning and waiting for customers to complete browsing an aisle is just not on. Makes one feel like we’re on the way!
