All went great whenever I needed to come here, professional staff, everything was explained really well. Can have long waiting times, but that's to be expected.
Sorry to see so many people had bad experiences and hope they are working on fixing the issues.

Ordered some prints online. Very fast and friendly service on pickup
Free entrance and a party that promises – or threatens – to never end. It's not the place you go; it's the place you end up, somehow.
Good taste is checked at the door and it's so crowded that movement becomes a collaborative effort. Navigating the dancefloor, you inadvertently become intimitely acquainted with men marinating in too much axe body spray and not enough regret, gyrating in the throes of their midlife crisies as if competing for the title of “Most Likely To Have Left Their Porsche Double-Parked Outside” and women who've turned sexual harassment into a contact sport. It's a scene ripe with bad decisions to be made, set to the soundtrack of a spotify playlist classified as psychological warfare. Having unimpressedly witnessed every musical trend since the dawn of vinyl, the venerable DJs spin tracks with all the finesse and enthusiasm of a microwave reheating last week’s pizza. A jarring, genre-defying medley of songs you swear you hate but know all the words to, songs torturously etched into the collective unconscious. And yet, amidst this purgatory, there's a strange, unsettling joy permeating the room. Caught between nostalgia and denial, the crowd sings along with a zeal bordering on the religious. By the time you've made it to the bar, where they offer drinks for prices so low it almost seems like an apology, you'll need a shot, a shower, and an exorcism.

Irredeemably, gloriously average.
