I had a terrible cut on my face under my eye and was bleeding a lot but I had to wait 9 hours to be treated. No one dare to give me first aid at least and nurses and staff just looked at me/ passed by me. And the worst thing was I was with my 2 year old and she had to go through that with me! I was begging the nurses to please prioritize me as my head was aching and felt nauseous at some point but they said they can’t do anything and we had to wait till my name is called. Terrible experience! Just when I thought healthcare is already bad in my country but this is beyond and so unexpected. And I had to pay still even though I’m a resident here. They are heartless and the treatment was so unfair. I have seen people coming after me who are not so ill and got treated first. I know this is an act of racism and humanity is gone in this hospital I’m so sorry to say

Extremely Dissatisfying Experience at Haartman Hospital
My recent visit to Haartman Hospital was an extremely disappointing experience that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite the urgent nature of my visit, I was forced to endure an excruciatingly long wait of 5 hours. However, the most significant problem I encountered was the cold and indifferent attitude displayed by the reception and emergency workers.
The lack of empathy and care exhibited by the hospital staff was disheartening. It seemed as though they could not care less about the patients' well-being or the urgency of their situations. The receptionists were unresponsive and detached, showing no interest in addressing the concerns of those seeking medical attention. This callous behavior only added to the already distressing circumstances.
In times of emergency, one expects to receive prompt and compassionate care. However, the staff at Haartman Hospital failed to deliver on both fronts. Their lack of professionalism and empathy only served to exacerbate the already tense and stressful environment of an emergency room.
As a patient, I believe that the overall experience at a hospital should be focused on providing timely and compassionate care. Unfortunately, Haartman Hospital fell far short of meeting these expectations. I sincerely hope that the hospital administration takes note of these concerns and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a more positive and patient-centered environment.

If I could, I would give it zero. Through the years I have been in Haartman emergency room and each time I was more and more disappointed. But today was the last straw. We went there with chest pain, heart arithmetic and dizziness sign and hoped that they will take quick action. The reception nurse acted all bored, give the patient a bracelet and our 4 hours long waiting started. Mind me that was Emergency! After 4 hours even Dr was shocked why they didn't take the patient immediately in.

I lost hope if anyone will follow this feedbacks but this time I decided to follow it up. I don't know about Drs and nurses and whole office in Haartman but I don't want to loss my loved ones because of not functioning heath care team in that hospital.

The reception around 50 years old female showed cold eyes..
My bloody wound should be disinfected by nurse quickly first at least, then hours waiting..

The workers here did drugs in the rooms and did not let any patients in. They yelled to my sick grandma and she cried. I dont like her either so win win.

All went great whenever I needed to come here, professional staff, everything was explained really well. Can have long waiting times, but that's to be expected.

Nurses are very rude and probably tired of their lives.
Had an very rude customer service from a nurse in the ER. Had no intress what is wrong my mothers arm. She were very aggressive while trying to exam the arm and didnt even bother to ask a permission to touch!
She didnt mind even getting a nurse with medical permissions to give my mother some painkillers, my mother was in so deep pain that she almost collapsed.
