My recent visit to Haartman Hospital was an extremely disappointing experience that left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Despite the urgent nature of my visit, I was forced to endure an excruciatingly long wait of 5 hours. However, the most significant problem I encountered was the cold and indifferent attitude displayed by the reception and emergency workers.
The lack of empathy and care exhibited by the hospital staff was disheartening. It seemed as though they could not care less about the patients' well-being or the urgency of their situations.
