It was a great place to take a breather. Taking a hike around while seeing the water, wild flowers and the critters of the place were
awesome! Highly recommend having a reservation, but its not necessary. We went there around 11:00 and there were still places to park. You can swim in some parts of the water but if you hiked down the Lower Falls, there’s some trash on the river and the staff are being great at cleaning it up. So, pack your trash and leave with it until you see a proper trash can please. Thank you.

This place is beautiful by the way. Bought a couple of plants here and they’re the thriving! Plants are cheaper than I thought thwy were and they’re in great health. Definitely will go back here to buy some more.
Their food was awesome! It’s my first time trying fried alligator and it was delectable! Their lemonade surely would cool you down in this Texas heat. The staff are nice, too. It’s next to a part of River Walk, so you can opt to burn a few calories when your full with their food.
