Very good middle eastern joint. Feels like family that knows each other goes here. Good minced kebabs!
Always full restaurant, I can recommend to get the minced kebab skewer, but: one that… nothing else. Hummus tasted off and other meat dishes were very disappointing. Again, that one kebab is very good.
Used to come here a lot! Kebabs were juicy, everything was really good. It’s like that place never existed. Dirty (mold in the oil), and food tastes spoiled: I had to apologize to my friend to whom I extensively asked to come here. A shame.
The Papaya Salad is very good, as is the lukewarm beef salad, that was amazing. Come for the food, not for date night, people are very rude and not the best place to sit.
One star would be unfair, a few dishes were interesting. But 7.90 EUR for a few cucumbers without any special spices is unacceptable, as was the dry flavorless duck appetizer.
The others were somewhat interesting, but almost 20 EUR for each dish, including the “ribs” (pretty much a small handful of bones) did not make it better. Chicken cull meat was very good and the only thing worth it.
Overall I will not return so quickly. Authentic Sichuan food really is my favorite genre. Perhaps the place has lost its authenticity by becoming mainstream. There’s better options.
