I saw Dr. Kates-Chinoy twice, and each time was "prescribed" $150-200 worth of supplements. She did not discuss the costs with me until I was presented my bill at the front desk. I did not feel that she genuinely wanted to understand my health concerns, but that she simply wanted to give me supplements that related to my presenting problems.

For example: She gave me supplements for my irregular periods and told me that my hormones needed to be "reset." I saw a gynecologist after that, who told me that irregular periods were TOTALLY NORMAL for the birth control I'm on and nothing to worry about.

I honestly left with the impression that Grain Integrative Health is a scam that pushes expensive supplements on patients.
