I wanted to share my gratitude to the team at the Apple Store in Laval for exceptional service. This place is a hive of activity - on a Saturday afternoon, it was so packed, I couldn't count how many employees and customers there were, but I can say this: the staff is all very friendly, organized, and took the time to serve each customer with care. In my case, they exceeded my expectations in resolving a problem I was having with my phone. This is a very well-managed store that knows how to give exceptional customer service.
