Very bad attitude toward customer. I had to tell the supervisor Dave to walk away from me after a very disagreeable attitude. Fortunately, I had spoken with the general manager of the store Karima who told me she was going to speak with that supervisor. I never had an experience like this in any other Apple store or genius bar. I phoned Apple Support Canada and made a formal complaint explaining the situation. I hope for Apple's reputation and for respect to customer you should not have to go through the same experience I went through.
