A beautifully challenging course that always keeps you on your toes. The resort area is quite expansive and features plenty of golf and fine dining. It does take a little while to get used to the layout considering the sheer size of the property however.
Kenwood Country Club

Kenwood has one of the most interesting layouts and designs I have come across, and that goes for the entire club from the golf course to the clubhouse. It has the historical club type feel with a modern touch in there, and they did a good job utilizing what space they had for the course (driving range is a bit tight)
Amazing how much course was managed to fit into this small of a property! You can feel the lack of elbow room at times throughout the round but all in all the great conditioning made up for that fact, and it is always fun to play a bit shorter of a course that places a premium on accuracy and placement over raw power.
Chevy Chase Club

One of a kind club. Chevy Chase is exquisitely maintained from head to toe and you would hardly believe it is only a few miles north of D.C craziness. You really get the sense of being at a very well respected and prestigious club upon arrival, and that feeling carries itself all thought the property from the beautifully maintained course to the lavish clubhouse and banquet hall.
Great little course for the price, has a very nice mixture of wooded holes and open ones too; captures that park land style of course very nicely. Conditioning was pretty good when I played last summer, and the greens were healthy + rolled nice
