Went in here with the family for an appointment and it was disappointing to find out how uncoordinated the process is still.
There was a long queue at the doors and loads of people were given the same appointment time which did not make sense given the fact there aren't enough hands to process those applications at the same time.
A lot needs to change. The process needs serious improvements.

Day or night, the Jubilee Gardens is a beautiful place. I like how it complements the London Eye experience and one of the best locations to get perfect pictures of the London Eye.
Gorgeous!

We went on a Friday afternoon, and it was super busy and I think this affected the experience. I am the sort that typically require some space and quite to ponder on the specimens and exhibitions. There was also a long queue, guessing this had to do with the fact it was a Bank Holiday weekend.
The Museum itself wasn't bad. Sections of the building and ground was under renovation but this didn't take away from the beauty of the building. I thought it was grand. I loved the intricate designs both in and out as well as the elegant ceilings. Those were worth paying attention too as well. And the hanging specimens from the roof were a stunner.
Although the weather control didn't seem to work and it was mostly a sweaty experience, we still managed to have a good time. In the end, we found the Cafe/Restaurant on the ground floor and sat by a fan. The toilet was clean.

Weary tourists will find this a peaceful sanctuary to rest and contemplate nature after a long day of touring the City.
Whitehall Gardens is located at the sweet spot between Victoria Embankment and the Whitehall Building. There are benches in shade and the colourful garden are a pretty sight.

Had a quiet time at the garden after a long day of exploring the Tower of London and surrounding areas.
It is a beautiful park and i think it qualifies as a historic site in its own right. A must visit for tourist to the Tower of London.
