So cool. Feels like an old movie house of the 50s… or the 90s before everywhere upgraded to stadium seating. This place has fun themed drinks matching the movie (Top Gun had the Gin & Goose? Or was it the Gray Goose Martini? That last one isn’t original but this name was so I’m at a loss) and solid snacks. It feels like it doesn’t fit with the modern, “best of the best” of Newport, and that is exactly why I love it.
Absolutely beautiful. Actually feels like you're not an hour away from DTLA. Make sure you look for the bats at sundown; for every ten or so small, Mexican free tail bats there is one Big Brown Bat. The best part is after swatting bugs all day, as soon as the bats come out, no more bugs! And there's hundreds of them. You'll feel like batman.
Not sure who manufactures the shirts here but legit the most comfortable cotton there is. Bought one four years ago, worn it probably 50 times and it looks and feels good as new. Find an employee of Paramount and try to grab their 20% discount.
There's also a coffee bean so that's nice.
