Very bad service at the cashier at 10:26PM on Sunday 07-Ap-2024 wearing black cap.
He was being rude in telling me without a smiling face that don’t do fast as it’s declining card. Felt bad as no smiles as we don’t come just because prices are low. Have to have high customer service not like the low price.

Hectic and chaos but still got my things pretty quickly. Not the best prices compared to Europe definitely.

Found Good Ladies Bags from them.

Honestly the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE,
Of course not all the people that works there but most of them, they don’t listen, don’t care about the buyer at all,

they give you any bag quick and make you feel like you have to rush and just move on, don’t check the piece, or treat you with any respect. They just need to sell as much as possible and don’t even talk to the client,

I literally live 4 minutes walk from the mall
And visit the store a few times,
Always the same service disgusting how they treat people, the energy of the place represent unhappy and no professional customer service, I think the managers are so bad the whole store and employees always have a bad attitude, I wait days for my keepall to arrive, and they didn’t even check my item, looks like fake,

When you buy this kind of products you expect quality attention to details, and go home happy with your bag, instead you go super stressful purchase

No care about anything treat you so bad don’t even welcome you, the worst I have experienced on a luxury store, looks like the bakery in the corner selling hot bread in a rush

Next time I buy in any other boutique but never here

I'm so glad that service is better now, no more arrogant behaviour from sales assistants who try to make you mad and prove that you are rich by buying more stuff. I like new nice and helpful assistance.

The quality of the leather is so fragile that it falls apart with a couple of uses and they don’t have a service Center in Dubai. I purchased a bag 5 months and due to their leather quality it looks like 10 years old. The don’t have good feedback in Europe as well. I don’t recommend and won’t purchase again.

Had a horrible experience with the manager there who threatened to call police on my 8 year old daughter because she was looking at a toy that was already open. My child was so traumatised after the incident, she was in tears. Will never go back.

I went there this morning, checking out some caps 🧢 for my boyfriend.

I asked an assistance from 1 of the staff there, and she was not helpful at all.

I asked regarding the material and also some help.

And her answer just like i dont know. And without any expression or smile on her face. I ended up by the caps online since the person in the store is not helpful at all.

Got yelled at by their security guard, ahaha damn, who was complaining how everyone lies to him and how nice he is (IKR 💀). Will never visit this shop here in the UK ever again. Power tripping employees that attack only women, and it is in Dubai!

Packaging was poor.
Pricing was not clear. Different on tag and different of what they charged me which was entered in the system manually by the staff.
Not even clear if purchasing from duty free is worth it. Prices seem to be similar or more than regular stores.
They didn't ask me to update the purchase to my email. When I returned and requested, their response was not clear and the purchase is not updated to my account.
Overall very poor experience

I was about to purchase this item and when I'm already in the cashier they said its not same the price which is written there 75aed the price is regular 199aed so disappointed to put offer price but not really sure, and the MANAGER DON'T EVEN DO EFFECTIVE WAY TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM. I love the shop itself , sometimes you can find really good things in good price, BUT! As long as I am going there for my kids shopping, to be honest , I hate it. First of all, prices not updated, same clothes you will find with different price tags and if you ask staff they will tell that “ we just didn’t label all the things and didn’t update the price”, so basically to know right price you have to always refer to a sales person to check it. And here you will face another issue, staff for kids section is extremely rude. They will alway let you feel like you are an “uninvited guest”. Mostly it would be a blonde Russian speaking sales lady, but she would always act busy not willing to help, answering question in a way that you don’t want to come and ask again. I witnessed many times when people ask her and get disappointed and leave. To be honest I wish prices are marked right so you can basically avoid to refer to staff. And another thing to assist you during you choosing they are not there but once you go to pay they would run out of nowhere just to put sale under there name, which is definitely not there input for me to buy. In new year night I faced attitude of another sales lady from kids section- a Philippine one, I was really hardly managing myself not to ask see manager. There were mess on the table as one Arabic family was selecting items and you can’t see things if you didn’t open them- it’s natural, but sales lady was so angry , nervously wrapping all after them, BUT good things they were not just open things they were really buying a lot, but even this fact didn’t make her happier. Than she showed me the same attitude and after I went to pay, she was there of course and the same family was behind me and they came to counter by pointing that they found themselves overall which sales lady told them earlier was not available. And the local man ask if there other cashier to finish them fast as they were in a rush, she told them that everyone is busy, but again she told them not in a nice way, keep being angry… honestly I hate to go there only not to see sales people there, I wish at least once come and find friendly person there, but for the last 3 years it was the same . Or else just mark all tags right so we don’t need to beg your staff to assist us. Just something for the managment to consider.

Was not possible to come inside a Burberry shop. Security says too much people…. Was waiting, 7 people gone out from shop, he still did not let us to go in. 🤷‍♂️

I visited the BBZ DCC branch today around 3:40 PM, and the arabic staff member (thin, fair-skinned) left me feeling rather disappointed.My child grabbed a clay toy that was kept close to the cashier and just opened the cap while I was browsing.
However, unlike other clay boxes nearby, it was not sealed, and the clay inside had already been obviously damaged by someone. My child just opened the cap, and I hurried up to him before handling the clay. The staff came right up to me and told me to pay for it without even checking to see whether my son had damaged it.If my kid broke it, he would be able to see the stain on his palm, but he just insisted me to pay for it, I instructed him to look at the camera.The manager handled things sensibly enough to tell me not to pay for it, but even so, I became a victim there.

I understand that even though the item is only worth one dirham, if one of us mistreats it or makes it unsellable, I still have to take responsibility.
I'm challenging the management to look through the CCTV to see if my child did it or not because I felt embarrassed.

The most pathetic store in Dubai. Illiterate staff. Don't know how to talk. They are cheaters. They sell defective clothes and refuse the return.

I visited the Louis Vuitton Showroom last week and I was blown away by the variety and quality of their products. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they gave me a lot of information about the history and craftsmanship of the brand. I especially liked the leather bags and wallets, which were very elegant and durable. The showroom was spacious and well-lit, and it had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves luxury fashion and wants to treat themselves to something special.

This review is simply for WALID. When you come to this LV ask for him. What a guy for service. Very helpful, knowledgeable on the products and very positive energy. Give him a raise or promote him to manager of Louis Vuitton in Dubai Mall. Nice options and store.

Questionable quality, i am not sure if the sketchers they are selling are genuine or fake, i bought 5 sketchers from them and one of them had a defect after nearly 2months of using they refused to replace it. They told me because i used for 2 months and then i contacted sketchers about their warranty they said it should Be not less than 3 months. Then BBZ accept to replace it but they asked me for more money to pay saying that there is a difference in price although its the same exact shoes same color same design.i had to pay them i felt that they ripped me off.

Cole Haan Dubai Mall-Worst customer service ever. I really find time to write a review because I want them to improve their service. I was surprised im not alone that feels this way. And other reviews was months ago? Is the management not taking this seriously or they are not seeing these posts? Anyway I will make an official email about my experience. I was there checking shoes then suddenly I felt like its a ghost shop nobody is talking to me, no hi no good afternoon, when I asked where can I find loafers the Filipina Staff just pointed her finger saying over there. I was shocked, I went to Miniso before that and everyone was so nice, they greet and asked if I need a basket, those simple ways made us customers feel like we’re welcome. But in that store I don’t know what’s going on. I hope they improve their customer service training. (Í attached photos for proof that I really went there and im really telling my experience) date of visit: 28 October 2023 from 5:51pm to 6:04pm.

The 5 stars for security staff. Unexpectedly noticed the excellent greeting and parting of the security officer which was amazing as he was the only person that greeted each customer with a wonderful smile and welcome.

Bad experience! Asking gift wrapping for a scarf, didn’t even provide it! Only done by a thin paper, staff is not helpful either, some high street brands have done better service than they do…..

Max is always full of clothes, shoes and bags for everyone and shops are always crowded.
Dubai Mall shop is relatively small as compared to other stores, so it contains less variety.

I went to buy sunglasses using the Qanz gift card and the sales assistant said that she cant redeem digital Qanz cards without asking the manager and when i asked her where is the manager she replied that he's sleeping probably, and I have to wait him until he wakes up so she can redeem it for me! this is very incovenient and disappointing to hear specially that its a very well known brand like sunglass hut. Very very bad experience i dont recommend anyone to deal with this branch Dubai Marina Mall!

Ted Baker always has classic nice apparel. I picked up a few shorts. They don’t carry much in my size but found a few items though. The ladies at the store were helpful. The new design of the store has ladies on the left and men on the right. I liked it more when there were two separate stores but I’m sure it was too expensive. They still have a good amount of variety though. Definitely more for women though.

The team is actually awesome. People in that store has cool vibes...so enthusiastic. Collections are always the latest and very good offers most of the time.
The store is quite hidden if you're coming from the main entrance so you must go one level down (it's in the lower floor), between Virgin Megastore and H&M. Opposite X LINE.

Lazy, rude, unfriendly and not very help full staff! went there twice , Sunday 12.08 in the store after i fitted the dresses, as i was not allowed to make a purchase as they already
closed the till....so unprofessional! On Monday 13.08 i return to do my purchase, different shop assistants BUT same lazy unfriendly attitude, do not even bother to greet. Shocking unbelievable BAD service!!! Will never return to this store----

Bought a dress in the sale on Friday, 3 days later I was out wearing it for the first time and I noticed there was a run on it. When I went back in the store asking for an exchange I was told no because 'it's in the sale and it's my fault that this happened because I'm wearing it'. The sales assistant was extremely backward and highly incompetent to be working for a reputable brand. Highly unimpressed given the fact that 1 - It wasn't cheap in the sale and 2 - I only just bought it and wore it! I even asked if they can reimburse me for the cost to get it repaired, I'm supposed to be getting a call from the manager and I've not yet received it. This particular branch does not uphold the high standards of Ted Baker. AVOID; backward, no empathy and stupid.
