It was a fun experience visiting Khaadi at the dubai mall. I was so delighted to see a pakistani brand out in dubai! We shopped quite a lot & it was just a lovely time being there. I honestly didnt associate so much with the employees. I checked prices on my own & finalized everything that I needed on my own but one of their staff was super helpful & kind 🫶

Horrible customer service. I purchased some items online and had them returned since I wasn’t happy with some items. They said they issue only a voucher for another purchase online (which I was fine with). However, the first code they provided didn’t work and after multiple follow ups they sent a revised code. Though the code worked this time, I realized the system was completely forgetting the remaining about of my vocher if my purchase was below voucher amount and in addition this it was also charging me additional aed 20 for shipping despite my order value (excluding the voucher amount) being above aed 250 (which is their qualifying amount for free shipping). I have never faced difficulty for returns in my life and the rules absolutely don’t make any sense. It’s the money they owe me and they are using it make more money. Horrible customer service too with no means of reaching out to them other than via email or chat and no solutions provided whatsoever!!! Unacceptable service!!

The lady who assisted me had an attitude the whole time but I needed to buy a gift so I ignored it. After getting back to my country and when the gift was opened the lady had packed the wrong fragrance even though I showed her exactly which one I wanted she charged me for that one but had packed a cheaper one also one that I did not want. This is a joke and I’ve tried contacting the outlet but no response!

i came here to read reviews after a very bad experience in their dubai mall branch and found similar reviews/experiences here. In my opinion their staff is rude .. in fact i was so shocked by their attitude. I couldnt believe that sales staff can be so impolite. I often go to many other brands for clothes shopping as dubai has very high standrad for customer care..and sales staff in dubai are so polite in every shop. Its first time i found staff showing rudeness as if they dont want us in shop. I have a whole story to tell if khaadi management wants to listen.. i have some suggestions also.
On positive side Clothes are very nice and prices are really good. Because of proper sequence of clothes its easy to find what you like. Hope khaadi improve this aspect of customer service also till that time one star.

购物体验太差，歧视中国乘客。尤其是员工号叫8271的菲律宾人Jennifer，她说自己是主管。但是整个服务过程全程long face. 好像欠她钱一样，估计她觉得中国人都欠她的💰，好几个小伙伴体验感都很柴.正在找Chanel的投诉邮箱，有知道的小伙伴告知一下。我是进去买东西的不是进去偷东西的。这种态度不能惯着一定得投诉……

I just bought my sandals 2 days ago and I just used once, then the heels got broken afterwards. Poor quality! Not recommended!

The prices are very reasonable. The sales people are very sincere and provide genuine information regarding the goods on display.

Your dubai mall shop service was poor .have to wait for 30 minutes to transaction completed even after 10pm .not worth to give 1 start either .

worse experience ever , i request belt size 95cm, after a while when i planed to wear my belt i fund it big, when i measure it i found the sold me 105cm , an expect service from one of top brand in the world
