I had an endoscopy at Gastro Clinic and was extremely impressed with the level of care provided by both the doctor Mahroose and technical nurse. Yasmeen, they exhibited exceptional skill and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions, which significantly eased my anxiety. His professionalism and confident approach made me feel I was in the best hands.

I just recently had my tonsillectomy and i couldn’t be grateful enough to my doctor and his staff. The dedication and expertise of Doctor Omar Al-Janabi, the excellent care he has provided and the most enjoyable atmosphere with his uplifting attitude from appointments, to surgery and all the follow up check ups i had. As well as Ms. Imelda, for her constant follow ups with me from beginning to all my follow up check ups. Her pleasing attitude and for providing me the best care possible. Wouldn’t have done it any other way! Highly recommended.

I went to Saudi German branch in sharjah, I had fever and respiratory infection. The receptionist Asad ID'ed me and asked for other information to open a file. I gave my details and opened a file. I waited for the nurse to come check me up, nurse Babita. She took my personal information regarding medical allergies and measured my blood pressure, and height. She then sent me to the reception. For some reason Asad asked for another form of identification even though the ID is valid. Why would they process me to waste my time and then ask again? Why not from before? Why would I watch my situation worsen while I entertain the nurse's opinion of whether or not the person in the ID is me! Keep in mind that I was treated at Saudi German Ajman branch various times. I then proceeded to give a review on their review screen, and when I asked for the names of the nurse and the doctor, the doctor raged and started shouting across the entire hall. He even raised his voice and waved his hand to my mom in front of me. Doctor Faisal probably has nothing to do with the file and identification, but his attitude towards me and especially my mother was very heinous. Unethical! Upon my insistence to give a review they said "you are like a brother to us, and that must wait for the PR to solve this issue"! I even saw a review on the screen before mine that said “VERY BAD”. Do not visit this branch. Wasted more than an hour of my and my mother's time while being in pain already to receive more pain watching the staff being unethical towards my mother.

Actually i give 5 stars to one nurse in particular her name is Neenu Peter
She is an example of the professional nurse

Here is a nurse called Anjali. She took great care of me and was kind to me since the morning until her shift ended. She put up with me and endured my questions and worries and everything. I loved her very much and I hope the rest will be the same.

Medcare took a lot of care of me when I was extremely sick and had to be admitted as an in-patient for a week. Thanks so much to Doctor Kareem, my Nephrologist, and all the nurses taking care of me.
Doctor Kareem cured me and made me feel comfortable.

We come to this hospital to get a better service but unfortunately the service id degrading.
Long waiting for the doctor even there were no patient before me... then go to MSU to give blood test no one at the reception and when you ask they say just wait...

Worse ever hospital we dealt with. Zero patience relation care, they took more money from us and they are not welling to return our money back. Patience relationship manager does not call back and ignores our calls. No one care to solve the mistake they done for us and took more money than the insurance coo-payment they suppose to get. Do the general manager care about his hospital reputation?

Eureka Nurses are highly professional, caring and attentive to my needs. They provide excellent medical care & made me feel comfortable throughout my recovery. I highly recommend Eureka & their services!

The services from the reception, nurses, billings, patient relations officer Mr. Omar and Dr. Bassant are excellent. They help me a lot with my transactions. The cafe in the OPD area is worth a try while waiting for your insurance approval. The ambiance is great.

Staying at Med Care hospital Al Safa has been a pleasant experience thanks to the lovely staff that have been taking care of me the whole time.
Not to mention one particular Nurse called Sudha that has been taking extra care of me by making sure that I had everything I needed. She reassured me and made sure to make everything as comfortable as possible. Very professional, kind and understanding!!

This is a good place to treat yourself and your family.
The interior is modern, calm and nice. The staff is mostly friendly and welcome - the only problem with the staff I can have is when they cannot schedule the appointment because of the high workload - nothing is perfect.
About my own experience- I visit here ENT specialist, Ophthalmologist, Orthopaetic specialist and Physiotherapist and I can say that I am satisfied with the service!

You can find here any doctors and any procedures that you need - this is very important and convenient.

This hospital has an Aster pharmacy inside which is also very convenient. I see that pharmacy is trying to improve their service, however, you still need to wait for your medicine around 30 mins - for me, personally, it is a bit challenging.
Overall, I recommend you to visit this place, this is one of the best Hospitals in the UAE.

That was my second stay at Medicare hospital and everything was smooth and fine. The medical staff, nurses and doctors, were very compassionate, caring and gentle. I felt that my health was in good hands and everything was done so I recover quick in a quiet and secure environment. I would definitely recommend Medcare Hospital Al Safa to anybody having health issues.

Poor Service Experience with Medcare Pharmacy Al Safa Branch

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the poor service I experienced at the Medcare Pharmacy Al Safa Branch. This comment serves as a formal statement regarding the unsatisfactory handling of my request for medicine delivery.

Earlier today, I visited the pharmacy and noticed a long queue of customers waiting to be served. As I had work commitments and couldn't afford to wait for an extended period, I approached the staff and requested that my medicine be delivered to my house instead. They assured me that my medicine would be delivered within the day.

Regrettably, despite their commitment, I am deeply disappointed to report that I have not received my medicine until now. The lack of follow-through and failure to fulfill their promise has caused significant inconvenience and distress.

As a valued customer, I had trusted Medcare Pharmacy to provide reliable and efficient service. However, this incident has severely undermined my confidence in the pharmacy's ability to meet its commitments and prioritize customer needs.

I kindly request that you address this matter promptly, ensuring the immediate delivery of my medicine. Furthermore, I expect a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused and a commitment to improving the quality of service provided by the Al Safa Branch.

I sincerely hope that this issue will be treated with the utmost seriousness and urgency, as it reflects poorly on the reputation of Medcare Pharmacy. The management should look into improving the pharmacy experience. It’s broken and an absolute pain. Why should I wait 45 mins for my turn? They tell you it’s due to insurance approval, but it’s clearly because of the limited number of employees.

It was my our 1st visit to Medcare Hospital Sharjah.
We visited ENT doctor Dr Lekha Kawal Kapoor. She is one of the best and most trusted ENT doctors, she did my surgery in 2017 when she worked at Zohara Hospital Sharjah. I was looking for her after COVID-19 to get surgery for my daughter but since she left the Zohra Hospital, I was unable to get Dr. Lekha, however, my wife just found her profile on LinkedIn and we visit her in Medicare Hospital Sharjah.

I found this hospital is really neat and clean professional staff and the fastest services. The hospital has free valet parking director is well experienced. Pharmacy is obtaining approval faster.

It was my best decision to take up gallbladder surgery at Saudi German Hospital in Sharjah. As a long time patient, my family and I have been quite confident while taking the decision, all thanks to Doctor Magda (internal medicine) , a very highly experienced and sweet lady, who helped take this decision swiftly. As it was an emergency situation. She referred another very highly seasoned surgeon Doctor Khoweilid, who was able to diagnose another underlying health condition besides the surgery at the time of surgery which Alhumdulillah he was able to rectify too which is otherwise usually scheduled independently from the gallbladder removal. MashaAllah and Alhumdulillah for everything, this simply has set a record of being beyond one's imagination and now my wife (60+ yrs) at her 2nd week she's recovering at full speed MashaAllah. The entire team of nurses and the oncall-duty doctors involvement definitely created a well supported and caring ambience for my wife and made her entire experience unforgettable not only for her but for us too as we witnessed everything as being the non-patient. In fact the admin approached at one point after day 1 of surgery enquired about any problems my wife had and if needed she is welcome to do so, in response my wife was extremely blessed to receive such humble gestures from top to bottom just like a family.
So, we can confidently recommend Saudi German Hospital not just for the recent optimal health ✅ achievement but also in the past we have had satisfactory outcomes from Internal Medicine to Endocrinologist, Pulmonologist, Rheumatologist, ENT and Neurologist.
