Went here for Circumcision Surgery of my newborn son under Dr. Tamer Adel Felfela. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. The Seha Emirates Hospital was clean, modern, and well-organized, which made me feel comfortable and at ease.

The reception team is always so friendly and welcoming. I always have a positive experience at this hospital. Today I seen Doctor Maryam and she was super helpful and friendly. I 100% recommend this hospital and I am very grateful.

I consulted Dr Usha Rani, for my pregnancy and delivery, this was my 3rd delivery and by far the best and the smoothest one. She's the best gyneac I had. She made sure everything went smoothly for me, she made sure that there were no complications, and took care of my previous history. Shes Always available for her patients. 👍

I had a pleasant dental consultation with different procedures on my teeth with Dr Samhar Salama. I will highly recommend him for adults and children . What ever he is doing it is an art in dentistry. I done bridges, cavities , cleaning and dental implants for me , my husband and my 3 girls . I can say that his hand is doing magic , never feeling pain , especially my girls which are very scared of going to dentists .When comes to go for dentist the call is only to Dr.Samhar please, no where else . Please give a try with him you will never regret it .

I had a long experience with Ibn Nafees through Dr Samhar he is a very good asset and one of the best dentists I have dealt with I always suffer from my teeth since 30 years, when I met Dr Samhar he has rennovated and re fixed all my previous problems and this helped my lifestyle and health. Yesterday I visited in this medical center,with lower abdominal pain and also redness, swelling in genital area.I took appointment with Dr. usha rani and waited for 30 mints.Later one nurse came and told to me this may be sign of UTI . so you can see any GP doctor,Dr usha rani refuses to see me .I’m highly disappointed with their services , may be if I’m self pay patient she may examine me without any negligence.
In my pregnancy i consulted with Dr.Usharani. She was very kindful & supportive. I could make confidence about my baby's health as doctor's consulting. The other staffs of the hospital was like good caregivers. While my delivery in the natural risk she gave a full support and we could deliver our baby well. She reduced our financial risk also. We really thankful for Dr.Usharani & staffs
Dr. Samhar was very professional, quick and transparent about every step he was taking when treating my teeth. He did a perfect root canal. I had no pain or inflammation afterward, I did not even need to take pain killers. I highly recommend.
Visited the clinic today for pediatric doctor. The staff Ms. Hasna, who was there on duty in reception was not at all professional and was on a phone call when we entered the clinic and until we finish she was talking in the phone, it was a personal call and she was doing billing while talking in the phone. Always Going to this clinic for the best doctors available there . But please make sure your staffs are also professional and well behaved. Train them to give priority to the patients in front of them.

I booked my dental appointment 2 days before for cleaning and polishing, I reached before time, and when I reached, I had to take another appointment. What are the benefits of booking an advance appointment?? That's okay, but after waiting for more than an hour, get to know the machine is not working, and I can't have my cleaning and polishing today, and they rescheduled my appointment. My question is why staff can not inform me when I arrive?? instead of information they were interested in taking the payment and they did and even when I asked the bill they refused to give and reply will provide after your treatment and when I come back to them that machine is not working and then they just handed over advance payment receipt. This is called BAD service they are not interested in service but collection money. If you guys are not able to maintain machines and equipment, what other we should expect from you frant staff should same on yourself and worst management of clinic. I will not recommend anyone this or any other clinic of Aster.
Reception staff uncorporative and in relaxing mood , don't care about the patience, they didn't apply insurance for Lab test and tell a lie insurance not yet approve when i called insurance they said we didn't receive any requests i asked staff they after finishing patient they will apply so come tomorrow ,
I visited the clinic recently as its near by, the services provided were good and all the staffs were very welcoming and helpful. The CSE staffs Shahin, Keerthi & Shibin were kind and answered all my queries. I will suggest this clinic to my other members.

I am currently consulting with Dr. Usha Rani for my pregnancy, and I must say that she is incredibly supportive and has been instrumental in boosting our confidence. The services provided by Al Shifa, particularly Mr. Ashiq have been outstanding, and we are very satisfied with our experience so far.
Neat & Clean clinic. Doctors are patient friendly, especially Dr. Mumthas Shameem. But other services are very poor. Lab tests approvals delay more than 24 hours due to internal formalities. Front desk staff do not value for the time of patients.

I delivered a baby boy recently and Dr Usha Rani was my OB-GYN. She guided well throughout my pregnancy journey towards a confident delivery process. I definitely was a bit nervous as it’s my first pregnancy and away from home.However she gave the comfort and required thought process for a successful pregnancy journey.

No one cares what's going on in this clinic. After so many negative reviews, the services remain the same. It is a small kerala clinic, where you can get things done faster if you can speak their language. The front office make you wait and test your patience. So when leaving, you are sick and angry.

Dr. Usha Rani was our doctor during my wife’s two time pregnancies. She is very supportive and understands the patients keenly. We feel very lucky to be able treated by her for both pregnancy. Entire pregnancy including deliveries were smooth and we felt at safe hands with her always. We would recommend her to anyone without a second thought.
I came as a patient to ophthalmology, physiotherapy, internal medicine, urology, surgery, dermatology, laboratory, dental, pharmacy, and orthopedics departments. Technicians are highly trained and very nice, doctors are world class experts, and the equipment is state of the art. Receptionists and cashiers are super friendly too. Supervisor makes everyone feel safe and comfortable with this experience.

I always hate doctors and I hate the medical guideline. But dr anubahar actually cares about you and he takes his time with you explaining your case and what to do.
He treated over the course of 5 years I knew him so many cases that other doctors couldn’t treat, so many of my friends and akeed my family
