I had an endoscopy at Gastro Clinic and was extremely impressed with the level of care provided by both the doctor Mahroose and technical nurse. Yasmeen, they exhibited exceptional skill and expertise, taking the time to thoroughly explain the procedure and answer all my questions, which significantly eased my anxiety. His professionalism and confident approach made me feel I was in the best hands.
Yesterday i visit Yasmed clinic but there dr not check properly and and there cash department making to much bill and asking sir this medicine not covered in insurance and this blood test also not coverd this injection to and today one of my colleagues went Anaya clinic they did everything in insurance so guys be aware and keep distance to yasmed clinic in Alquoz 2

Dr Suprabha an Opthalmologist is an amazing personality as human and very competent in her field. She checked my eyes very patiently and in detail. I am 100 % satisfied with the Dr and clinic staff. I was in search of good clinic and finally i got.
Dr. Suprabha Prabhakaran was so sweet and accomodating. She made me feel so good about explaining everything. She took time to check my eye very well. For sure I will back soon with my daughter since she need to an eye check up again. Highly recommended. Thank you Doc for your services!

I just recently had my tonsillectomy and i couldn’t be grateful enough to my doctor and his staff. The dedication and expertise of Doctor Omar Al-Janabi, the excellent care he has provided and the most enjoyable atmosphere with his uplifting attitude from appointments, to surgery and all the follow up check ups i had. As well as Ms. Imelda, for her constant follow ups with me from beginning to all my follow up check ups. Her pleasing attitude and for providing me the best care possible. Wouldn’t have done it any other way! Highly recommended.

I went to the Yasmed Abris clinic Burdubai with the problem of Large Right Kidney Stone which I was suffering for long 4 years with severe pain.I consulted Urologist Dr N.Gopakumar.He had done Procedure to fragment the kidney stone and completely removed from my body and relieved me from the severe pain I was suffering for long years.He is a Urologist with high Professional expertise ; very polite down to earth behavior Soothening attitude towards patients simultaneously delivering very high successful result in the treatment.Highly recommended for all patients with similar urology problems.He is an Asset for the Health care system of Dubai.

I am mohideen I just visited to your yasmed clinic alquoz branch two days ago ( 18.02.24) because of my illness. The duty doctor (female) not treat me in a proper way. She is not ready to listen my problem & her way of approach is very rude.
After that after my test I went 2nd time consultation because of u r staff only insists me don't skip this consultation & she doesn't go through my report in a proper way.
This is disappointing the way she behaves .
So my kindly suggestion to u pls train to doctors how to handle the patient because v r also same human being like she.

Urologist doctor Gopakumar Nair is worst and fraud doctor. I did tests in this center and my final report he gave me wrong and told me to do surgery. He is very pushy to do all treatment and surgery. He want only money and for money he can do physical harm to patient. By Grace of God I visited other clinic and did my test and my report was normal,fit no need of surgery. Pls people don't ever visit to this doctor for your minor treatment also.
Very nice staff and clinic. Very economical. They have free specialist consultations tomorrow. They also gave us good ENT package and ENT specialist Dr. RAZNA Iis a real star. Very kind, knowledgeable and expert in what she does. An instant improvement to a blocked ear after her treatment. Highly Recommended.

This is the worst medical facility, here only these people give value to the money, the patients of the customers are not helped in any way, they do not understand the situation very well, this is my own experience I had two stitches on my face, I went to this Yasmed to get it removed, he charged me 90 AED, told me that you will have to pay the doctor's fees, while I didn't even have a meeting with the doctor. Only one nurse removed my stitch in 2 minutes and for this they kept me sitting in their medical for 1 hour and they have charged me the doctor's fee and the fee to remove the stitch They charged me 90 dharma for removing only two stitches, while I had done the first treatment from them only.

Dr.Anju was excellent so 5 star to her,, but in reception Ms.Amor horrible attitude and full of arrogance. She doesn't even want to talk to patients if they asked for billing question, talk to Dr. and patient is sitting and this person has no respect and mocking the customer that its not my problem.
Seriously you are sitting in customer service desk and you don't even want to talk to customer to solve their concerns.

I would like to thank Doctor Ans for doing super great job in my treatment , super attentive Doctor and she really knows how to do her job well even we Spent almost 3hrs until the treatment is finished because my teeth is in very complicated position . And very friendly price for that kind of treatment. I Highly recommended this Clinic. Thank you again Doctor Ans and to your team.

Not at all happy with what the doctor had done to me. It’s been 7 days and I have gum sore and pain on the tooth he treated with local anesthesia. I visited another dentist to check the same and get the opinion and as a result I was sed that the injection was pushed to hard into the area and therefore this pain and swelling is lasting so long. God knows how much time more it’s going to take for it to heal. I went to this doctor with no pain and I came back with so much pain. I am so disappointed.

Last week I have visited with my wife. When we arrive there the front line staff was very rude and let us wait for long time inspite of when there was no other patients waiting but us.
Also we have taken appointment one week in advance still we have to wait for 1 hour.
Needed to improve customer service. Their charges are very high and they won't inform the patient in advance and present the hefty bill in the end. Wont recommend to anyone.
