The Mussafah Abu Dhabi clinic offers good services at a low cost for diabetic patients. I recommend Dr Anil Srivasthava (Internal Medicine Specialist) for his unexpected care of diabetic patients.
I appreciate Nurse DIANNA from the Wound Care Section for taking excellent care of my mother. She showed great attention by carefully removing her old wound dressing and genuinely considered her comfort.
"I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. This marks my third visit to rectify errors in my medical report due to incorrect visa number entries. It's unacceptable to waste over two hours per visit due to such oversights. This lack of professionalism is concerning."

Last week, I underwent a surgical procedure performed by Dr. Shreya Rajkumar. The entire process was exceptionally well-executed, and the entire team, from the nurses to the doctor, took excellent care of me until my discharge. The atmosphere provided me with comfort and guidance I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Shreya Rajkumar, the nurse, and all the supporting staff for providing me with a wonderful experience. I truly appreciate everything you all have done for me.
A very professional sister Sushma, really an asset to your institution, she’s so warm with me as her client making me comfortable in every session I have with her. She have a good communication skills that make me relax teh whole time she does the laser.

Service was smooth and easy,no challenges faced,no crowd and I guess one of their strength is because they open 24hrs,I LOVE IT ❤️✌️
Doctor was good but I felt uncomfortable with the way they push to sign for approvals and without giving time ask you to sign documents after documents and try to get more and more tests and ask you to do it there and don’t give you time to think.
I was asked to do blood tests which wasn’t necessary and my insurance would approve it if I did it other way still I felt pushed into it and get to g a CT scan while I had already an MRI.
I felt I was made to pay more than required . Took too much of time doing unwanted x rays and scans. Nurses push you to sign documents and send approvals without letting you think or choose what you want to do.

No words can convey my deep gratitude for Dr. Danny along with great assistance of his Nurses, Susan especially Jincy who's been so accomodating since day 1 until my last session. The Sclerotherapy have made a massive, a lot better improvements with my painful veins before this procedure. Dr. Jumeily at the American Spine Center, along with his team in the operation theatres, showed great professionalism and efficiency. They worked together, paid attention to details, and put the well-being of patients first, creating a comforting atmosphere. It's been long I was having varicose vein issues but never thought I should take any treatment due to several reasons, firstly not finding the best doctor and also not knowing how the procedure will be treated.luckily my colleague recommended me one of the best doctor I have got treated with is DR DANNY SHAWAF who patiently made me understand the treatment and recommended me what was the best for my legs. This place is the definitely not an ideal palce to visit if you need vaccination.
To be honest, the reception is really great, and the team who works on the counter to register the vaccination also great. They are very helpful and I’m really glad to meet them.
However the vaccine section is really a mess.
We asked 2 team members and was told no need token number we just need hand over ID and doctor will call by name.
We waited more than 30 minutes and then a doctor comes out and asked the people in the waiting area which vaccine we will take. We answered. This is ridiculous, how come she don’t know which vaccine we will take. We’ve given the ID already and in the system also should be showing. ( when we paid at counter it’s already confirmed to the team we need flue vaccine).
Then after a while she is calling but asked us where is token number which is surprising because in the beginning 2 teams said no need token.
Finally after ard 45 minutes waiting we were called to do vaccination. I think the doctor is not very professional or maybe I’m wrong because she inject the vaccine very quickly and only 1 second it finished. My son was crying and when I saw her removed the needle of vaccine, there is beige liquid comes out from my son arm where it was injected.( I believe she didn’t inject the vaccine fully.)
Over all the service in the beginning when we entered is great. But when it comes to vaccines, the experience was really disastrous.

This place is just amazing, they use pain ease techniques and recovering the medical issues over surgerical solutions, which is very helpful on the long run. All their treatments are very effective but no only that, they do have excellent customer service that never failed me. All team members are well trained on how to take a good care of their customers, special thanks to Dr. Hakim for his amazing work. Rami, Reem, Enas and Ashraf, all nurses, they are all amazing. Thank you for your help making me feeling better.
The best centre I have been so far, all the staff from manager till Clark was Soo kind and helpful 10/10 and done my work within 2 minutes may Allah reward all of them abundantly ameen

Expect more than 1 hour waiting to just get a print of medical result, even if the counter is empty without other customers ..inefficient
I loved every minute of my experience here. The staff is very warm and welcoming. I did the red carpet facial and my skin post facial, looks so good. It looks clean, my pores are less visible, I can see a glow as well which I absolutely love. I cannot wait for my next appointment!
Got a hydrafacial done at AAC and it went great. The professional who had done my facial has been working there over 10 years and she was great. She asked if I had done any treatment to my face prior to starting to ensure that there will be no reaction. It turned out that I had used a serum that was not suitable so instead of continuing with the facial she advised me to come back in 10 days and I did and I am more than happy with the results. Love the professionalism and the glow effect was instant. Definitely coming back.

Very good and excellent Pakistani clinic in Mussafah Shabia ME-10 opposite to Lahore Garden Hotel.I got dental treatment from lady doctor Daima Sheikh she is a professional and very supportive. Moreover experienced physicians are available here.

There were almost no traffic! Just got there and get the token and I was called like under a mints.
The nurse was super friendly and suggested me to wait for at least 20 mints since it’s my first dose.

Good place for kids vaccination. There is a provision for kids play and relax. Reception staff need more training and not much cooperative. Far better than Al mamzar health center.

I’ve been going to Dental Clinic for years and have always had top-notch care. My dentist did a great job cleaning my teeth and she is very friendly and listen to any concerns I had. My teeth always feel spotless when I leave. Great experience. Friendly and attentive staff.
