Dr. Nawfal Nazar Kattilan from India -Kerala Orthopedic Surgeon, I don’t know how to start but have to say few words about my husband surgery and how he experienced. His left hand bone got broken and nerve injury as well while Playing cricket. We have no hope until we met DR Nawfal. He understand his concern and explain throughout procedure was given to him more confident.

Here is a nurse called Anjali. She took great care of me and was kind to me since the morning until her shift ended. She put up with me and endured my questions and worries and everything. I loved her very much and I hope the rest will be the same.

Medcare took a lot of care of me when I was extremely sick and had to be admitted as an in-patient for a week. Thanks so much to Doctor Kareem, my Nephrologist, and all the nurses taking care of me.
Doctor Kareem cured me and made me feel comfortable.

We come to this hospital to get a better service but unfortunately the service id degrading.

Worse ever hospital we dealt with. Zero patience relation care, they took more money from us and they are not welling to return our money back. Patience relationship manager does not call back and ignores our calls. No one care to solve the mistake they done for us and took more money than the insurance coo-payment they suppose to get. Do the general manager care about his hospital reputation?

My heart is full of joy. To the medical team who support me during my difficult times. I admitted in emergency through ambulance because of severe hypertension and health deterioration. I admitted in ICU and during my stay . I am surprised with their support and professionalism towards their work. Dr. Niraj Gupta my thanks is not enough because you save my life. To Nurse Divya, Abdella and Nimisha kudos to your hardwork and care. This medical team are very excellent. I was admitted for surgery on 13/08/2023 to remove the gallbladder for one and a half day.
The process of admission was quick and smooth, the hospital overall is clean and new.
I was put in a corner room that had a nice view. The room was spacious with one table and a chair, closet, fridge and a leather sofa.
Prep for surgery and the surgery itself went smoothly.
Staff was very helpful and supportive.
The discharge process went smoothly.

Staying at Med Care hospital Al Safa has been a pleasant experience thanks to the lovely staff that have been taking care of me the whole time.

Radiology and pharmacy department need lot of improvement, yet reconsidering my review owing to the prompt intervention of Mr. Naji Patient experience manager who was kind of enough to hear the issues and offer solutions in the best possible way.

Their APP is still not useful and front office staff would seriously need to rethink of their attitude.

I was very scared for my operations but it was done very smoothly by Dr Radhkrishna i was very pleased about and very thankful to him. Best every hospital in UAE

That was my second stay at Medicare hospital and everything was smooth and fine. The medical staff, nurses and doctors, were very compassionate, caring and gentle. I felt that my health was in good hands and everything was done so I recover quick in a quiet and secure environment. I would definitely recommend Medcare Hospital Al Safa to anybody having health issues.

Today, I went to see Dr. Amit Arora and Dr. Suchita Mehirishi. My waiting time was not as expected, from the time I checked in till seeing them.
I would commend Khadija of OBGYNE Clinic, she has a very good personality, very helpful and accommodating.
Amina, Saloni, Adel of Patient Experience are always helpful everytime I'm in the hospital. Always have a very good smile on their faces. Very interacting and helpful.
Actually, it's not just them but all the staff are really great in assisting the patients. I have been observing them everytime I am visiting.
Overall, I would rate this hospital and staff 10 out of 10.

Dr Kate is caring & loving to animals. Very reasonable fair prices for rescues. CatCot, one of my rescues was hospitalised there for around 2 months due to a big wound. He didn’t want to leave the vet and was just rolling up and purring to Dr Kate. This means he was well-treated. The vet was good with updates too, sending me videos regularly. Very clean vet. All the cages were clean & the hospitalised cats seemed happy. Highly recommended. Thanks Dr Kate for looking after CatCot 🫶🏻

Poor Service Experience with Medcare Pharmacy Al Safa Branch

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the poor service I experienced at the Medcare Pharmacy Al Safa Branch. This comment serves as a formal statement regarding the unsatisfactory handling of my request for medicine delivery.

Earlier today, I visited the pharmacy and noticed a long queue of customers waiting to be served. As I had work commitments and couldn't afford to wait for an extended period, I approached the staff and requested that my medicine be delivered to my house instead. They assured me that my medicine would be delivered within the day.

Regrettably, despite their commitment, I am deeply disappointed to report that I have not received my medicine until now. The lack of follow-through and failure to fulfill their promise has caused significant inconvenience and distress.

As a valued customer, I had trusted Medcare Pharmacy to provide reliable and efficient service. However, this incident has severely undermined my confidence in the pharmacy's ability to meet its commitments and prioritize customer needs.

I kindly request that you address this matter promptly, ensuring the immediate delivery of my medicine. Furthermore, I expect a sincere apology for the inconvenience caused and a commitment to improving the quality of service provided by the Al Safa Branch.

I sincerely hope that this issue will be treated with the utmost seriousness and urgency, as it reflects poorly on the reputation of Medcare Pharmacy. I believe in the importance of providing feedback to help businesses improve their services, and I trust that the necessary actions will be taken to rectify this situation.

The management should look into improving the pharmacy experience. It’s broken and an absolute pain. Why should I wait 45 mins for my turn? They tell you it’s due to insurance approval, but it’s clearly because of the limited number of employees.

Hello, this is the real review that I will tell you about this hospital. In January, I was 2 months pregnant, so I went here. It's my fault for not checking the service and work of the personnel here. I traveled to check with my husband. And I chose a doctor named Surekha Pai Kalsank, during which time we paid every checkup. The doctor asked another staff member to talk to us about the Reema Pereira package. We decided to buy the package for 3500 aed which was valid for 9 months. We bought it in February. At that time, an employee named Reema Pereira was called by a doctor to talk to. I thought it might be a matter of not including the cost of the doctor's appointment. After a week, I traveled again. Instead, she was sent to another doctor named Chala or Chala, I'm not sure. It's the golden-haired doctor who lives alone in the maternity ward. We went a little late, but we waited. The doctor said, The next day if you're late You will need to make another appointment. After finishing scanning we come out We still have to pay at the counter another 600 dirhams for the doctor's fee and the scan. i feel bad therefore returned home and did not want to go to the hospital again But my husband wants justice. We recovered from there during Ramadan. around the end of April We went back to ask about the mistake, they said they didn't check if it was included in the package. They will give you a refund of 600, but we don't need it anymore. We wanted to cancel the package, we spent 2 hours waiting for Reema Pereira to consult with Dr surekha and the team until finally got the answer that We will receive a refund for the package fee + doctor's fee and scan fee that have been paid in total 2,700 aed. Please wait for confirmation from the finance department. Until now, it's been 1 month that we still haven't received the money. We texted Reema Pereira again, but this time it was someone else who replied to our WhatsApp that Reema Pereira was gone 🙄??? So we went to the hospital to report it. In the gynecology room, we told everything. He let us go upstairs to meet the reception. The staff told us that we couldn't refund. I was very confused and the reception sent us to the financial room. We went for 30 minutes. A female staff told me to wait. Supervisor first. when they come He told us that refunds are not possible for the package. But you only get 600 dirhams that we overcharged you. I was shocked 😡 so he showed me that in the package it says that it can't be refunded. The employee said he didn't know why Reema Pereira told me that. So I showed him the package that Reema Pereira sent us on WhatsApp. which is not written that the refund cannot be made What's wrong with me that I'm not satisfied with the service and management here? Hungry for money so much that it's working wrong. After that he told me He will contact me back today after noon. Give him time to deal with this matter. But today we try to contact again but no contact back. I'm going to file a complaint and send this matter to the court. I don't recommend this hospital, they don't care and they work like they only earn 200 dirhams per month, doctors and frontline workers, all.

The hospital staff and Doctors are amazing. I have been visiting this hospital since more than a year for m my prostrate to Dr. RADHAKRISHNAN. Amazing doctor with a human touch and down to earth personality.
PLEASE ADDRESS THE BELOW SITUATION IMMEDIATELY.

1) Your reception area lacks staff and space.
2) Please change reception area to a bigger area so you have additional staff. Currently only 2-3 staff are cramped up in a small space and it's difficult to address so many visitors. Also patients who have visited the doctor are also flocking the same reception to get their paper stamped or for further treatment. Make a separate counter for this so new registration is faster and smoother.
3) Make separate registration arrangements and vitals for room 30 to reduce rush on the main area.

I averagely spend averagely 2 hours to get a medicine which should not take more than 30-45 minutes. This is ridiculous.

Wasting of your time. You can spend endless hours here, and any of the staff know the answers

This hospital may have good doctors but is a money pit and nothing else. If you are a cash paying customer then they will rip you out. The reception had such a long wait where insurance patients seems a priority. The receptionist is not very cooperative and despite a cheaper package available for blood test they wont offer you as you already paid consultation then you are not eligible. Overall you must roam room to room which is very irritating and if you are sick then it is tedious. People with insurance are suffering and waiting for so long as seen myself but that correlates to insurance company delays which is very pathetic. I will definitely not return back as it is really tedious to see a doctor and even more tedious for getting your prescription as everything is by the reception which shows the level of flawed management here. Any questions you ask reception they direct you to others and thereby not cooperative at all. Extremely disappointed by the visit.

تجربتي مع Endolift فاشلة ولم ارى اي نتيجة واضحة سواء بعد العملية مباشرة او بعد مرور الاشهر علما اني اجريت Endolift بعد اجراء عملية شفط ذقن غير ناجحة وكتعويض لي من قبل نوفميد بعد فشل عملية شفط الذقن معهم منح لي هذا الاجراء ولكن انصح اي شخص يود القيام باجراء الشفط بان يتاكد ان العملية الناجحة تظهر نتائجها بعد العملية مباشرة بنسبة 40‎%‎ ع الاقل وبعد ذلك تستمر .. وليس كما حدث لي لم ارى اي نتائج بعد العملية

I would like to share with you our 9 months experience in your amazing Hospital.
For the first month my wife and I felt that we had our third Baby coming. We had our first appointment with Dr. Khalid Saad (Specialist Obstetrician & Gynaecologist) . We were shocked with his warm welcome and best treatment ever to my wife. Since then, we have decided to continue our treatment journey with him. Every month we go there with our 2 kids. It was a different way of welcoming us with his great smile and giving some motivational words to my wife as she was a little bit worried about her pregnancy.
Recently on 16/03/2023 around 02:30 am my wife felt her delivery pain, at that early time I called Dr. Khalid Saad, immediately he attended my call and advised us to go to Burjeel Hospital in Sharjah within less than thirty minutes he was able to meet us in the hospital and does all the needful till she had very smooth normal delivery to our beautiful son.
I would also like to send our appreciation to all nurses in Burjeel Hospital for taking care of my wife and her newborn Baby Boy, you guys are doing such great work there. Thank you very much for everything.
The only 2 things that I would like to mention in Al Saha Wa Al Shifa Hospital. First room no 03 many times when reception team send us there to do the basic checkup (temperature, weight and blood pressure) before we meet our doctor there will be no nurse available in the room, we had to wait many times till she comes and when she comes of course there is many patients in queue which means more time waste. Second on 6th of March we had 2 final medical exams in your Lab after we finished, we asked hospital receptionist to send us the results after it appears via WhatsApp, she gave us the number and informed us to ask after 1 hour we asked but unfortunately, they sent us the results nest day at 10:30 am and we were quite sure results will be ready in next 45 minutes as per your Lab, all this delay it is meaning the sense of urgency towards the patients’ needs to be improved a bit in this part of your service.
Finally, overall it was a really very good experience and thank you to all your team.

I brought my 7 week old rescue kitten to this clinic, she couldnt breathe properly. This was extremely hard and scary to see. However, the doctor told me that it's my emergency and not her emergency, and she sent us away because we didnt book an appointment. Extremely disappointing. I understand the formalities, but how can a doctor send an emergency pet away? I found out through another vet that she had fluid in her lungs could've been diagnosed and helped quickly if it wasnt for their service.

This is one of my trusted clinics to go to. My cat is not exactly the easiest with her OCD and anxiety. But Dr. Eketarina and her assistant are so kind and supportive. She is excellent and knowledgeable in what she does. She is kind, reassuring and ensures that the best treatment is given to your pet. I somehow feel safe knowing there is a clinic I know is genuine and helpful. They are affordable, yet their love to take care of animals is evident when you visit the place.

Rushed to another hospital by their own choice & the best treatment were done & now she is relieved with hope for the best.
Please I pray, don't consult Dr. Susan.
She is not conscious about patients life.
For them it might be normal case, but for patients it's their life & best phase of life.
So avoid visiting this clinic.

First of all I was wondering why there are negative comments.. Bcz the staffs are as good and so are the doctors. Dr. Marie Elias was the one whom I consulted during my two pregnancies. First time I got pregnant after taking treatment from her. She was too good to me and even angry as well when i don't obey her. Second pregnancy I was mis-guided by some other doctor and took some wrong treatment but still Dr.Marie took care and had soothing words for me. I prefer her always bcz for me she is an angel and like a mother and above all a superb doctor. Even the nurses are very good. Only issue we had is the payment mode is cash, they don't take credit card payment.

Both Docter’s are very Good but costly ( Treatment is costly compared with what we pay) . But staffs are very Lazy, especially Receptionist and Nurses. Ambience is same like that of Village Govt Hospital.
