A great experience from start to finish! Hussain picked me up from my hotel in a very nice Air Conditioned car and offered cold water during the journey, great service! We were introduced to the vehicles we were driving and given a short safety brief. Then we went out for just over an hour around the sand dunes. The guide took us on a route that was the perfect mix of speedy parts and slower parts with some great photo opportunities along the way. The sandboarding was fun but a challenge for someone that has never done that sort of thing before, and don’t underestimate the effort needed to get back up the dune if you make it to the bottom!! The camel ride finished off the morning perfectly!

All in all a superb company, professional throughout, highly recommended!

I was so amazingly fortunate to experience diving at the mall last month.
It was without a doubt one of the greatest experiences of my life. To be up and close to the life in the aquarium was something I’ll never ever forget.
I had an instructor and guide named Gordon, he was absolutely amazing and made the whole experience so much better, I had only used a regulator once in my life, but after his brief training and absolute professionalism and having him next to me for the dive was such an amazing experience and can’t wait till next time in Dubai to experience it again.
If you’re considering it don’t hesitate, just do it!

We went to the shark dive experience. Highly recommend, prices are reasonable and many fishes and sharks to see.

Amazing experience with personal instructor Ahmed, we got equipment firstly and then changed into diving costume. After that staff gave us training and then we practiced to breathe underwater with help of equipment. It was completely different experience

Amazing experience! Beautiful fish and feels like you are in another world once you go into this beautiful aquarium. My only complaint which I can understand on their end but was pretty annoying after some time was the amount of paperwork before the dive. I think I just have signed my name like 20 different times for all sorts of health declarations and etc… Other than that I highly recommend this experience 🐠💚

My scuba diving course was amazing! The couches were very helpful with all the information needed and very patient. The dive tank it's very special made so they can make for you beautiful pictures and clips.
The stuff was also very friendly and nice.
A great thing is that Dive Campus has a very big store downstairs with everything needed for snorkeling, scuba diving or spear fishing. I had so much fun and I truly recommend it to everyone who wants to have physical activity, but in the same time to increase their confidence and create some great memories. 🥰💫🤿🌊

I loved the experience so much . The instructor mr . Ahmed was really clear and amazing . I have tried other places before but this place really stands out and is a must for all diving enthusiasts even if you have zero diving experience before . They have the region’s largest dive tank made of up cycling shipping tanks and you can find everything related to diving at that place . You will never feel bored there , as they have several entertainment tools from card games , table tennis , guitar , hoop and many more . I really loved the place and definitely will get back to it again

Had the most awesome experience at Dive Campus, Ahmed and Ivan our Instructors really made us feel safe throughout the session. Mohammed, the person managing scubatec is simply put one of the best people I’ve met in my diving career. I’ve bought ALL my dive gear from him. Always gotten the best price, and they’re always a text away if I ever need anything. Also, super chill and always accommodating my needs.

The Mermaid diving centre based at ‘Rixos The Palm’ hotel, is a fantastic dive centre.

It’s run by Yasser, accompanied by diving professionals Hamid and Aaron.

Our kids have been diving here now for 5 years, the eldest completed his PADI open water junior about 3 years ago and our youngest (now 10 years old) has just completed the same course.

Starting with 2 pool dives to gain confidence and skills before progressing into the sea - the theory assisted by ‘The Captain’ Yasser was also completed whilst we were here - once qualified it is followed by a fun recreation dive, all logged on the PADI app.

This really is a gem of a find, and one of the reasons we return to Rixos hotel every October - I believe they take clients from anywhere though, it isn’t limited to hotel guests.

Overall, a highly recommended diving centre!

I can not express enough how amazing of an experience I had here, the instructors were very nice and well educated and made me feel exceptionally comfortable. This was my first dive ever and the instructor took amazing care of me, they teach you everything you need to know to be safe and guide you the whole way. The animals are absolutely beautiful and it’s an experience I will never forget, being in the water with these creatures is beyond amazing and the price is very good. Thank you guys so much for an unforgettable time, if I make it back to Dubai I will absolutely be back!

I think the website over promises and the shop under delivers. Seems like fantastic selection and I was keen on sharkskin LS top. I sent a contact last night to enquire whether the item on the website is in stock...nothing...justbthe sounds of crickets. I then drove to the shop and the selection is very small and it certainly didn't have the sharkskin wetsuit available. The employee definatelynwasntbandiver and his into was pretty weak.. Altogether a waste of time

I really enjoyed doing my padi course with them - I cannot recommend them enough - Every year I come back to Dubai I will dive with them them. Just finished a one on one open water course there and can 110 % recommend it. Yasser (leader) is very experienced and knowledgeable and also his staff (in particular Mohammed) are very professional and nice. It was an awesome experience. The training ground is just next to the school and very convenient with some decent fish to look at.
The team went out of their way to give my son a fun dive experience in the pool which was a real highlight for him.
Overall top notch and much better than any other experienced I had in other holiday locations.

First of all a big thank you to Mermaid Diving Center who helped me take my first steps in diving, it was amazing. It is very hard to imagine a friendlier atmosphere. Mr. Yasser is a very experienced professional instructor, so the training went without any problems. I truly miss this place and the guys at this dive center. I think this is one of the most reasonable and friendly places for SCUBA gear in Dubai. They have a wide variety of products from the widest variety of brands i've seen in any store in Dubai (all other shops seem to focus on just one or two). Their prices are very reasonable. And Mohamed who is managing the shop is super friendly and helpful with recommendations and advice!
