Unprofessional. The delivery was scheduled for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., but nothing was delivered. I called for a follow-up at 1 p.m., only to be informed that their driver had apparently attempted delivery and was told by an unknown ‘someone’ that they hadn’t ordered, so the driver left.

This ‘someone’ obviously wasn’t me, but the team didn’t bother to call me to confirm or notify me about the delivery attempt. If I hadn’t followed up, I would have waited for nothing. Don’t order from this shop.

My hubby ordered Mango cake via online on my birthday; cake was not fresh; cream of the cake and mango was taste less; I guess it was old stock which they had delivered;

Such a worst cake I ever had in my life.

The team has been splendid with their support. I had ordered a 3.5 KG cake which was dated incorrectly by me and i had to rush in to get the cake a day before. the team has out done by making is in 1.5 hours & the taste was amazing as always & they also gave additional cake worth the delivery charges!! Thank you team :)

Too sweet for my liking. The texture is too dry not what i expected. Waste of money! i would never order nor recommend this. Try somewhere else!

BEWARE. Preordered a cake for a bday party and was scammed on the day where the cake arrived completely SPOILT and whose to say if it was fresh?? This place needs someone to look into it legally.

More so the restaurant instead of lending good customer service and helping us sort out another option end moment before a party, tried to play the blame game on the driver.

As a customer in the age of such fierce competition, never faced a worse service line and that’s probably why it has the highest number of negative reviews. BEWARE.

Have been ordering customized cakes from Occassions for more than five years. This was our first experience with their Karama branch and we found the staffs knowledgeable and they helped us in beautifully customizing the cake for our daughter’s birthday!
The Belgian chocolate core was also to our satisfaction. Thank you and looking forward to further orders with you...

Ordered jungle theme cake for my twins birthday. Ordering process was super easy ... they had a catalog from which we selected cake with few modifications.
Super happy with the final cake. All instructions were followed, cake delivered on time, looked excellent and tasted yummy. We had opted for ferrero rocher flavor.

We typically order cakes from various shops, and I had never heard of this restaurant before. However, a colleague recommended it, so we decided to try the mango mousse cake, and it was incredibly delicious, with just the right amount of sweetness. Unfortunately, our experience with the Pistaberry cake was disappointing as it lacked flavor. But I highly recommend giving the mango mousse cake a try. The owner really should come for a view of the shop, the tables are dirty, chairs have shoes steps dust on it…..staffs lazy. When you enter the shop you don’t feel welcome 🥲. Mostly they have online order.

A must try bubble tea spot 🫰their cheese cake series tasted divine but as a matcha lover it’s truly disappointing for me 👎matcha lacks its flavour u will feel extreme tea flavour and felt watery and that’s not for me,oreo cheese cake flavour was yummy 🤤

At first, I was hesitant because I ordered the same day and requested a lot of extra work on the cake, however, they made the birthday cake for our best friend a remarkable one! Kudos to the team and especially to Uthpala for being so creative and kind. Taste is indulging and creativity is amazing! Delivery is affordable and on time! Overall 100/100 for me. Must try!!🫶🏻

Earlier this year, we ordered birthday cake from Cream and Butter and it was perfect in terms of quality, taste, service etc and met all our expectations. Keeping in mind our wonderful experience, last week ordered a birthday cake. This time it was really disappointing with the whole experience, starting from the service to the cake. Service wise big drop, no initiative from the staff to give a suggestion as they had limited option (which is understood) for the base of the cake we wanted. Finally we decided to go with double chocolate cake and gave the information required. On the day of collecting the cake, they shared the picture and the name was wrongly mentioned. When highlighted, they just wiped and wrote it again.. Upon collecting the cake, they didn't had proper box for the cake, staff some how put plastic cover and hand it over. Come on... you are running a cake shop and you should have proper pack/ boxes for the items you sell. Since it is last moment I had no choice, otherwise for sure I will get it from other good bakers. Really disappointed with this, simple rule if you are not able to accept an order then don't take it and if you then do it professionally. Don't be mistaken, cake wasn't cheap and value for money is Zero. So is the quality, cake wasn't moist and was hard, layers of chocolate was so thin.. Will not purchase from here and will not recommend to others to order cake.

We visited Macao in silicon oasis.I love their milktea, but today we tried passion fruit tea and cranberry tea.Passion fruit tea is a must try.Staff are very friendly.Nice “hangout” place.

Today I tried the cheesecake and pearl milk tea. It worth the drive and very cozy place for peace and tranquillity. They have different flavors and combinations. Very friendly staff, excellent service, highly recommended!

The Cheesecake Pearl Matcha tea is sooo tasty & Cream cheese garlic bread is amazing.

It is the best and yummiest cake ever i has tried it for last 2 years on my kids birthday my twins , shape and taste and design all perfect, whatever my requests are followed, and is getting yummiest more than before. Definitely I recommend everybody to try and i will continue ordering from this only cake shop. Thanks to the chef and team for their professional work and polite communication and delivery

Located in central karama area, just opposite the post office is the lovely cake shop. They have interesting flavours like falooda, malai pista etc. Pricing is decent. They have other treats like red velvet Cookies and fruity mousse too.

There is rta parking available around.

Went with less expectations, but the outcome was mind blowing ❤️.. Thought of trying it after seeing in Zomato so went and ordered their Hazelnut Chocolate cake for my colleague. Actually tired several bake houses but this was something different. You can get the feel of creamy chocolate melting inside on every bite. Definitely worth trying

Sudden plan for our friends birthday and which place is better for customized cake none other than occasions cake.
We ordered
Dark chocolate cake
Red velvet cake
Both cakes were customized.
Out come cane out really good.
And it was very short notice too.
Cakes were very soft, moist and super delicious too.

Totally worth of every penny.

They don't use good honey, it is most probably only sugar syrup. I called their Manager and he denied that they use sugar syrup, but he promised he will confirm and come back to me, however he never came back.

Good environment
