They have the worst customer service, if you buy a package online it’s so you don’t have to delay lining up and think what to choose, I can’t believe that I was stopped for almost 10 minutes watching how the cashiers took care of the other people and my order that was already ready and paid that was only to serve some popcorn it took 10 minutes And that’s because I had to go look for a person who could take care of me, they really have one of the worst customer services in UAE
The lady who scan the ticket it was so sad and look so frustrated on that day, rudely pointed out us, the VIP lounge is nothing special beside the comfy sets inside, no assistance , okay the lady who scan our ticket is small lady in abaya... I mean if you want a place for movie that feels worth the price go other vox places.
Whenever we call for enquiries they won’t respond. Sound quality is not that good. Sometimes we should ask for some volume. They don’t care.
Very bad service which I faced this time from Vox. My amount of 200 Aed is deducted from my account and tickets were not booked at all. I tried to contact customer service but no response from their side also from last 2 days. I filled the online complaint form also but there is no call from customer service side. This is really very unacceptable thing from Vox. Now I don't know what to say and do for my 200 Aed.

Good nice screen good air conditioner and sound system, the only problem is with people, why they throw the trash in the movie theater? Take it with you and throw it out, and some people spell there popcorn on the ground and makes a miss, like the people working there are robot! They are humans too, may Allah have mercy on us.

Terrible service. Requested for the temperature to be raised in the movie house 3 times within the first 45mins of a movie, before having to leave due to my 3 & a half year old complaining about how cold she was getting. I’m sure it was no more than 17* in the cinema. Such a waste of money - it’s only 130aed, but the disappointment on my daughters face that she couldn’t watch The Little Mermaid movie that she had waited for so long to see.. highly dissatisfying!
They have increased the charges for the ticket l, but the seating is uncomfortable and tight. Not worth the money.

Nice place - my favorite VOX branch. I do recommend you to visit exactly VIP hall - absolutely comfortable chairs, enough space to relax and enjoy watching movies.
The toilet is clean - which is vital for such places. Lounge zone is comfortable and clean - it is located around VIP hall.

I had a wonderful time at VOX Cinemas at Al Hamra Mall. The cinema was clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The movie selection was great and the sound and picture quality were amazing. I especially enjoyed the MAX experience, which made me feel like I was part of the action. I would highly recommend VOX Cinemas to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day out.
Best part about this theater is you will definitely get a seat Even if you visit on time. One thing I didn't like was their screens are not of very high quality some of the movies which I should have watched in high definition I was disappointed. Their website says you get by one get one free but that offer doesn't apply anywhere. Some improvement in the screen quality and some real good offers I would definitely recommend this place because it has huge perfect parking slots very close by.

An old theater in Ras Al-Khaimah. Generally plays hindi Malayalam films. As compared to nova or vox cinemas the price of ticket was ok. The screen was small. Not too much luxurious just you can say that'' Avg.

This al foha mall Oscar cinemas sarvis is very bad and we are come from Dubai and I am going to India tomorrow and this is my last cinema and this happened and thay give in online that this movie is in Oscar cinemas we drive very fast and we got fine

Check out machines are stupid. Takes a lot of time to choose and then it does not accept the cards. When we asked the employees behind the counter they said come to the queue. Annoying and time wasting. Not watching this movie or other movies in Vox.
I was seeing Fast X on May 18 2023 at 08:45PM at MAX Screen in VOX Cinemas Sharjah City Center, where I was very disappointed in the vocal sound which was too low as if the entire cast and crew of the movie was whispering, I have been to many screen of yours where I didnt have this bad experience. I was waiting for Fast X for a long time and got disappointed because of this low volume on vocals!!!

Clarity of visuals and sound are good, but service is bad poor staffing, often found the ticket counter to be empty, witnessed a customer shouting to get attention when the staff was up serving popcorn, the seats are very uncomfortable to sit on especially for movies with longer duration the cushions are worn and hard, the choice of food and beverage is abysmal a normal coffee is from the 2dhs coin drop vending machine but charged high and it tastes nothing like a coffee, overall the cinemas have great potential but if this the way they continue to serve I’m sorry I won’t be back and the number of customers will reduce more, especially given the rates was charged 36dhs where I can watch the same in VOX Al Hamra with a better setting and service for the same price… very poor.

Very low quality for screen , I did not expect that , very poor and it’s like we are in 1999 year… even I complaint but they say this is the high quality … the screen not clear also …… dont waste your money to have good time with your family
One of the oldest theatre's in UAE... Massive screen and capacity... Decent sound system... No online booking... Phone booking was there.. Parking facility not available... Some pros and cones are there... But enjoy the nostalgic cinema experience once more in the heart of sharjah...

We recently tried out the food at Vox Cinema and it was an amazing experience! From the Bianco white chocolate Crepes to the Corn Dog and chicken hotdog k each item tantalized our tastebuds. The perfect blend of spices and flavors made this meal one to remember. Highly recommended for those looking for something unique and delicious.
Highly Recommend this theatre for a great place to enjoy family time. The stadium sitting, sound and its spotless clean. Overall a great environment to enjoy a movie. Only the snacks are not cheap.
Nice experience there were many offers and many other things. It's a big theater with 14 or 15 screens. Mostly empty so it feels like a private theater for a low price. Nice air conditioning system be sure to be ready for the move by bringing things to keep yourself warm and some snacks or buy from the reception.

They have Spoiled the entire movie expectations by showing a 3rd Class quality print. I suggest, please do not go and watch any movie from there. Couldn't even recognize what is happening in Night and What is in Day light in the Movie. Ridiculous experience.

After renovation theatre is absolutely fantastinc. The big thing is ots 36 aed for balcony. While other small screen cinemas charging might 50 dhs. Sound system unbelievable. Wil watch movies only from here now onwards.

Nice theater in Al ain. There are five screens. Small but good. I watched a few movies and the ticket price was a little high. In the canteen no Vegetarian items are available. Very disappointed and bought only a water bottle. Ticket prices start from 40 Dirams to 70 dirams. Not much crown in theaters. You can enjoy the movies without any disturbances.

Worst cinema in UAE. U can watch the best movie here and still have a terrible cinema experience. The seats are never cleaned. Food and tea cups from previous users were never removed. Everyome that came with me for the movie had the same issues where the seats are not clean and you feel itchy sitting on it. The washrooms stink. Food options are terrible like you get from a karak cafeteria.

Chairs r good and you can bend it backwards. The sofa chairs are amazingly comfortable. Price is affordable.
One of the oldest theatre in the UAE, following the old trend. Only cash accepted, nearest ATM is inside the Lulu Hypermarket, just opposite to this theatre (take the subway). Plays mostly Indian movies, reasonable priced (AED 32 STD. ~ 38 balcony) with an average and decent movie environment. Children below age 4 go free. Free parking (kacha) on the backside and public parking at 2 AED per hour.

Completely overpriced for what is essentially serviced apartments with a solitary dining facility. The pictures made it look deceptively big where the hotel is actually very small. We were in a 2 bedroom suite on the 9th floor. Views were fantastic, rooms clean and great beds for a good nights sleep. The suite featured an open plan fitted kitchen area with microwave & sink and a seating area with 2 small sofas. The sofas were very uncomfortable with their springs digging into our posteriors each time we attempted to sit on them.
The breakfast buffet choice was very limited and definitely not worth the Dhs 30 extra per person.
They also keep your passports??!! Completely strange in this day and age. 'Sanjeev' (one of the shift managers) insisted on both mine and my wife's passport. I can't understand how or why such a rude man with no interpersonal skills is employed in a customer facing role.

Good place to watch movies of all genres and languages. Online ticket booking would be preferable than counter booking to avoid queues. Caramel and cheese flavoured popcorn from there are a good accompaniment for any movie. Washrooms are maintained properly. Nice place to visit again and again.
