I'm utterly appalled by the behavior of the syrian/ lebanese guy working in the store. It's unacceptable for someone to be that blatantly rude and unprofessional. Not that he only lacks the basic manners and etiquette, but he also resorted and started saying words which i did not understand when I tried on a suit that didn't fit and chose not to buy it… he should not be working in Hugo. Now I understand why your google review rating is so low and you do not have customers visiting your store. Give it a thought

The suit and tuxedo are very good and reasonably priced, but one thing that stands out is the professionalism and experience of one of the staff, his name is Murad. He exactly knew what he was doing and how to set up for alternation, will definitely recommend anyone planning to buy to speak with Murad over there for any help. He honestly was great help!
Your branch is located at Al Gurair Mall. The worst staff behaved with us. On January 18th, 2024, I went there with one of my guests who came from USA and needed to buy some Oud perfumes. Around 12:30pm i visit shop the sale lady Phillipines was the worst behaved and I decided not to buy anything from this shop again.need to take serious action on how our staff talks and treats customers.

When I called them , he raised his voice and he down the phone.when i search in google it said there that they are open 10am to 10 pm.but when i go to the store its close.thats y i try to call but his reaction is like that. No respect at all..

Worst customer experience ever, I was here in store exploring perfumes and a sales staff came to me and said please make it fast I’m very busy, I have more work that needs to finish, I felt discriminated, I was only there for less than 10mins, I’m so embarrassed with the situation.
Great quality clothes and service. Writing this a few days after my purchases and i’m really happy with the clothes. Service was excellent, i got great help from Lian in particular.

The Salesman is very arrogant. Due to his bad attitude i didn't buy perfume from this shop. He is not interested to work in that shop i suppose. Perfumes are not that much good also in my opinion.

I visited there last week. It was a great experience! I found there different sections which are related to perfumes production. They are also working hard. I wish they will continue their contribution in this field.
Al harmain perfumes is a place where you can rely on al ghurair mall for high quality perfumes. Another feature is that the behavior of the staff is cordial and friendly. The service of the salesmen Mr. Hasheer and Mubeen is noteworthy.

Poor customer service. The guy didnt want to show the orignal oud oil based products as he said its" too expensive" for me. Not sure if new sales person or just arrogance. Just waste of time. Spent well above a 2k AED at Arabian Oud and Swiss Arabian. Other shops were more welcoming to test their range of products. Avoid this place.

Worst experience visited thr with lot of expectation as I am a professional user of Attar but haramain was new to me... so I didn't had any idea what flavours they have so I can't ask for the specific flavours. What made me so frustrated is the poor gesture by the staffs over thr, Philippines girls were thr I don't what d hell are they doing thr who had no idea about Attar... Haramain doesn't care of customers because they have got a brand name in UAE...
