This is unacceptable behavior for customer service and can greatly impact the reputation and success of a business. It is important for employees to prioritize the needs and concerns of their clients, rather than chatting amongst themselves. As a result, customers may feel disrespected and may choose not to return to the establishment. This issue needs to be addressed and corrected in order to maintain a positive and respectful environment for both employees and customers.
They have very good perfumes and their entire staff is also good. Apart from one girl who is fat and short, I don't know her name but she is very rude. I would have given a five star rating. But I have to give one star. Because of the girl, because I had come to the shop for the first time. But I got a very bad experience because that one lady I don't think she is happy with her work, should not keep such people who don't know how to respect the customers.

Bought two perfume yesterday one channel and other creed aventus yesterday and smell goes off after 2/3 hours. I think they need to maintain the standard or atleast tell in advance or give us a better option to pay more. Very Disappointed

I visited a limited gallery for Parfums de Marly (PDM) and Initio at the Galleria Mall. Initially, I bought "Initio Narcotic Delight" based on the store's recommendation, but it wasn't what I was looking for. After returning it and explaining my preference for a summer perfume with strong projection, they suggested "Initio Rehab." Unfortunately, this too did not meet my expectations, so I returned it and finally found "PDM Galway," which suited me well.
I then purchased another perfume from Initio, but it failed to meet my expectations in terms of performance—it felt more like a skin scent than anything else. Considering the price, I couldn't justify keeping it, so I attempted to return it the next day. However, the store refused to accept the return, citing my previous returns as a reason. The staff made me feel quite disrespected, pointing out that I was just a regular customer and that my frequent returns weren't doing them any favors like those from their loyal customers might. This was particularly frustrating as they didn’t have testers available, which I had requested multiple times to avoid this very situation. It’s unfortunate because I was actually trying to return the perfume in order to purchase a more expensive product from them.
Their lack of a clear return policy and the absence of testers has made this experience challenging. I understand their perspective to some extent, but it's tough when the recommendations don't align with my needs, and I can't test the products beforehand.

I’ve been buying from the shop for the past 2 years the intense perfume. I noticed the perfume doesn’t last anymore, they should drop their price otherwise it’s not worth it anymore.

The customer service at this branch is exceptional, with Weam typically providing excellent assistance in selecting the right style for my needs. Today, however, Weam was unavailable, and I received outstanding support from Maouiya. She helped me choose the perfect style, ironed the necessary items for last-minute wear, and kindly requested that I bring the items back for alterations.

Not even clear if purchasing from duty free is worth it. Prices seem to be similar or more than regular stores.
They didn't ask me to update the purchase to my email. When I returned and requested, their response was not clear and the purchase is not updated to my account.

Overall very poor experience
We went to Gelleria Mall on a weekend by ART. It's a big mall with many shops, especially shops like Pottery Barn, Walmart, Scandinavian Home shop, Kinokunya, etc. There is a skypark in the mall, a space with nice view of the city, and to relax with family and friends.

May who assisted me was an absolute delight. Fabulous conversation and small talk during my brief visit, this is what you expect from a visit to a Chanel fashion boutique but to get this service and friendliness from the smaller fragrance shop was exceptional. Can't wait to return!
The service is terrible, I asked for a bow for the packaging, just like Christmas, they said there was no bow, I saw they had it, then they said they don’t make it, then they brought a piece, ruined the whole mood for 1500 Derhams, I won’t buy anything from them anymore and I’ll tell everyone about them service !

I visited this boutique today. I wasn't assigned to a staff member when I entered the store. I was looking around and then asked a staff, she said someone will be with me shortly. I waited and no one came.Then i talked with another one , she said wait ! While i know what to buy i just want to finish and go quickly, poor service, not helpful at all , there was only two staff in the store !! Imagine this ! A brand like this can’t put alot of staff to help the customer! All they said wait and wait , so careless and helpless! I was very disappointed!

An excellent place to find high quality of perfumes. Good ambience and very good attention paid by staff specially to mention Sara, a Moroccan lady. She was very helpful and supportive in my selection of perfumes.

The place is beautifully arranged and contains many types of international perfumes, and I have visited it more than once and most of my perfumes are from there. As for the staff, they are well trained. Especially the Moroccan girl who works for them, she has a nice character. And she works hard. She has a lot of information about perfumes

A very unique diversity in niche perfumery which is highly appreciated, but the only bad thing about that place is the employee, (the female moroccan), she is very rude and unwilling to work and just keeps standing there giving looks that scream “why did you come”, I once entered the shop and she very clearly and loudly sighed “pffft”, I think she needs some disciplining course, oh and she knows nothing about perfumes.

Have spent quite a bit here over the past year or two. A polo shirt had the lettering falling off after a couple of months and dropped it there waiting the manager to call. Not a word since. I don’t know if the new staff didn’t understand, but they sure didn’t seem to care. Easy come, easy go Mr Boss.

We have been assisted by a sales man. My husband accidentally took a photo of him because we are updating our cousin (bag owner) for its repair.
Prior to that, my husband politely asked the sales man if he can take photos of the bag since we are sending timely updates to our cousin.
The sales man then elevated his voice and told us in a very rude manner that he cannot take photos of him because that is his right. We fully understand his privacy but we also believed that there is a right level of tone of voice in telling us so. It is not the intention to take a photo of him as our interest is the bag itself.

It's pretty crowded during Christmas and New year times. Staff is usually busy but you get whatever it is you came for, take a little time.
I visited this boutique on the 29th of Dec. I wasn't assigned to a staff member when I entered the store. I was looking around and then asked a male staff, he said someone will be with me shortly. I waited and no one came. Then I asked another female staff, she said someone will be with me shortly. No one came so I asked another staff by the door, then he got me a male tall staff. I asked for a specific necklace, he took out three trays of necklaces but they didn't have what I was looking for but I wanted to take a look at the ones there but he try to take it away so quickly, so I asked 'why are you in such a hurry?' He said it seems like you are not too happy!!??!! I said I want to look at it but he didn't seemed to want to help me. Then I looked around at the bags, was talking to my mom and he came up to me and said, ' Do you need anything? Tell me' so I said I'm talking with my mom, I will let you know if I want something else, but he kept pushing me and forcing me. I wasn't too happy and he said he have to look after me until I was finished so that he can assist someone else. I said go ahead and do that.

I love perfumes and I was very pleasantly surprised by this store. I love niche perfumes, and it is very difficult to find good recreations of niche perfumes. This store has a very good collection. You will find most of anything you are looking for. Almost 95 percent of designers and 70 percent of niche brands are available. The intense versions which are extrait concentration(40%) are an awesome touch. Especially useful in hot climates like the UAE. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful. Joy and Giselle helped me go through a long list for almost 2 hours. If you go to the malls the sales people will loose interest after 15 minutes. Not only were they patient they also made some good recommendations based on what I said I already liked. The bottles are labelled and the sprayers are good but not excellent.
Edit: I reduced my rating to 3. I had gone back to the store. An Arab sales lady was helping me this time. She helped me for some time but then a Russian/ European lady customer came and she went over to her without saying anything. She didnt hand over to anyone else even though there were other sales people. The store manager did not also assign anyone even though I specifically asked her to help sample some perfumes- which she did. Though she kept going away each time. I spent more than 1000dhs there. My next visit will decide what happens to the rating.

Wide wide wide varieties of perfume. Name it! Any cases that it is not in stock, dont worry, the staff would ensure you would have it. They create all names of perfume.

Стоимость в районе 2500-3000р за 100мл, но духи очень стойкие, очень шлейфовые, очень дорого заучащие и понятные европейскому носу. Рекомендую понюхать Moattar Dahab, Taarikh Gold, Taarikh Gold, Stunning, Hadeel. Я в восторге от них.

As a picky perfume collector, I have to feel and know the story of the perfume before buying it. I make my home work and literally research about the ingredients of the perfume and what’s the difference between it and the original source of this ingredient either it’s from India or all the way from Spain or even a lavender flowers from Holland springs. I love to know!
When I visited this oriental sophisticated shop in the pointe, palm Jumeirah. From first sight I simply loved the shop and the smell which grabbed me from outside to inside the shop. But also I have a weakness for Oud and oriental scents.
The Oud and misk for me the most exciting scents in the Gulf culture. Fragrances like black Musk, Musk Tayefi, or Royal Oud drive me crazy. But I think “Oud Dubai” perfumes deserve great attention too, that’s why I have dedicated this review to them.
Worth to mention that these strong Oud fragrances are not for daily use. As it lasts for hours.
For men I recommend to use it in outside meetups and family gatherings but definitely not for a work day!
For women, I recommend it only for weddings parties or home use or girls gatherings.
Last recommendation, try the light white Musk Tayefi for both gender and thank me later.
